As an Asian traveler and foodie, absolutely concur. Don't knock it till ya try. Grasshoppers, crickets, mealworms, smaller brown scorpions, like popcorn chicken. Ones to avoid are the fat ones, silk worms, cicadas, big black scorpions, those got the squishy bellies...For my money the best meat for chowmein/street noodles is braised chicken gizzard...And for pete's sake, leave the head on the fish. There is a reason cabeza is an awesome street taco meat, the head has very tender meat. Such puritanical hypocrites in America that have to hide the murder in the deboned and fileted presentation. Not to go on a tangent.....😆

Fighting suicide when you’re in that mentality is a constant battle, similar to depression, and I don’t fault anyone for making that choice.
