Yes he is. I've come to the conclusion that he is in fact the greatest comedy character in tv. A super polite, positive and closeted chechen mobster cannot get any better. Anthony Carrigan is so good. If there is a show to do a spinoff of is Barry with Noho Hank. Imagine a prequel story about Hank arriving in LA. Could very well be amazing.

I've tweeted to him (twice) many years ago after I enjoyed his performance in Gotham as Zsasz. I didn't expected a reply from him that time but just wanted to try my luck, to my surprise he replied back to me on two of the occasions and it really made my day!
