The "no update insurance card" issue happened to me when I got pulled over recently. i checked for the updated card when I got home and the updated card was in the same envelope as the registration that I handed the cop. So I know he saw it in there before writing the ticket. Its a bitch too because you gotta deal with your state's DMV/BMV when that happens to prove your coverage. Funny enough, Ive had some cops run the old card no problem after a traffic stop. I guess this guy wanted to stick it to me wearing a VT Hokies hoodie in Buckeye country.
