And now she denies my illness and doesn't want to know anything about it? Instead she said she is sick of hearing about my illness, and I should shut up, she doesn't want to hear anything about it! Same here, but I'm working on this because isolating oneself is also a defense mechanism and trauma response and although it might look like the most reasonable move after years of abuse, it is not healthy long term. This kind of Shadow work is so hard because in many cases these are friends and family that have been doing this to you for years and it seems so normalised that when you have this epiphany that in deed they trigger trauma, use you, abuse and manipulate you, steal from you even after being so generous, not there for you when you’ve bent over backwards in their time of need, and when you actually let them all go….its hard because the high standards you hold yourself to with regards to treating people as how you would like to be treated, weighs so heavy on your heart. But once you free yourself of the guilt…..oh how new the world is. It just makes room for all sorts of really positive experiences and positive people! Your own vibration increases with this sort of spiritual growth and you make room in your life to attract people and situations more inline with your new higher vibrating Self.

He talked to my fake manipulative sister who is a fake preacher and who constantly pray evil to happen to whoever goes against what she is talking about. I forgave her treated her well I think and she betrayed me as I was trying to help her by letting her stay with me and my family when I heard her husband tell her to get the f--k out so I now know just leave her be. She tried to take over my home and begin very disrespectful by sneaking and talking to my ex- hubby. She had no rights to do that. She even was talking to my son who she does not know. As I can recall she never wanted anyone to say nothing to her children. And she let everyone know that by her actions. It is all about the money with her. She kept right on giving me thing and then acting like she wanted to control me however I had already told my daughter that something was up with her and boy did everything play out.
