Conan really is obsessed with the sock routine. He asked Flea about it too when he was on promoting "The big Lebowski" Flea said is was something they used to do around the house, until they decided to do it on stage. Regardless, Anthony's biography is one of the best books I've ever read. If you haven't read it, I suggest reading it; it's amazing.

I just finished reading Mr. AK's book...Amazing!! I felt addicted reading the book as I couldn't put it down. Great story telling and excellent writing. It helped me to understand my own brother's 25 year battle with heroin addiction. I finished the book feeling much more supportive of recovery drug addicts and what they go through, as well as more understanding of my feelings and reactions to my bro's life choices. Thanks to AK for being so open and willing to put down in words his experience..

These are two of my favorite people ever. I feel like a lot of you have never seen Conan do an interview. Kiedis is not taking Conan seriously. They rehearse these interviews in advance anyways. They know what points they are going to hit on beforehand. Conan has made a career out of making fun of celebrities. Nothing is mean spirited. Kiedis is playing along with everything.

Kiedis in several interviews said that he calls himself Lithuanian, his father is Lithuanian, thats a fact, becouse of that his surname is not very common in US and is typical Lithuanian surname

Conan is very funny, he missed the mark on this particular interview tho. I think he had a man crush on Anthony and that threw him off his game. Conan also was head writer on SNL for a while. He's a graduate of Harvard U and was editor of the Lampoon which was their satirical campus newspaper.
