I agree but most of the people you hear that from aren't trained MMA fighters. That being said, Smith thinking he can destroy the whole division makes me roll my eyes as much as it does for us to hear, "If I show up" or "When I see red." I like Lion Heart so it sucks to say this but I can't imagine him taking over the division. I think he was more than a good fighter and has definitely put on some absolute banger fights but at this point in his career thinking he'd run through everyone now is delusional thinking. For him to do this. You need to believe in himself like it sounds like he does, but if someone was to bet me that he could take it over I'd feel pretty fucking confident that I'm going to win that bet 🤷

If this WASN’T his current mindset in the video, that would be way more notable than the fact that it is. The only difference between Anthony and any other guy on the roster, is that he’s the only active guy who has a very consistent podcast with a co-host who genuinely cares about him so they have real convos as if no one is watching. Try to imagine the volume of material KZbinrs would have if every fighter did that. They’re all batshit crazy…but batshit crazy in the way that translates to excellence.
