In this video, I demonstrate a common Winter Survival Training Exercise that I personally like to do every winter. No fancy camera work or storyline here...I just wanted to bring you along for a quick 5-minute cold-water arm soak in the dead of Winter to simulate hypothermic conditions...Then, build a fast fire and share all of the knowledge that I can with you in this short time.
If you plan on training this way, do so at your own risk (Awaken Outdoors is NOT liable for your decisions). Train in a controlled environment where your safety is not going to be compromised in any way.
