This is incredible, thank you! Just a heads up for others out there trying to figure out how to create a new sequence WITHOUT importing media (because the "New Item" icon was missing on my end), you can go to File > New > New Sequence, and you should be able to see the same settings as Anthony :)

when you change the bitrate, the preset switches to custom from your suggested adaptive high bitrate

It seems that when I view the final clip on my computer all of the aspect ratios are correct but when I upload the video to Instagram from my computer the video is zoomed in and the format changes. That's a solid build. My machine is a few years old, so it can struggle sometimes. I think an RTX card is in my future :)

Yes! The the resolution settings I use for both platforms are the same! Some people use 4K for Shorts, but TikTok only supports 1080p at the moment.

@@PierceJPeterson Shorts supports 4K. Partly because the file sizes and storage space would explode if I was shooting shorts in 4K. Also, if you watch the video I uploaded today, I tend to shoot everything in Horizontal and do a center-crop for 1080

24fps in a 30fps sequence doesn't make sense. you can't magicaly create frames. it will look choppy beacuse instagrams minimum is 30 fps

I would try stereo, if it sounds good then keep the default stereo! I've got export settings for both mono and stereo in the download link you can try!
