As someone who also has facial dysmorphia, I get you Ranboo. No matter how much people compliment you or tell you that you look absolutely fine, it doesn't change your perception of yourself. It's sad, honestly. I can never truly accept or believe compliments about my appearance, no matter how true it might be. But it's fortunately getting better now. At the very least, I don't feel like crying everytime I see my reflection which is a pretty big deal. I hope everyone who might be suffering from the same thing gets better and more accepting and understanding of themselves. Edit: You are all so kind, thank you so much. I hope the people with the same condition learn to deal with it better. I wish you all the very best!

Ranboo is such an incredibly kind and genuine person, and he's worked so hard to cultivate a very sweet, supportive community, both towards himself and inward towards each other. I think the best way to describe his streams is with the word "safety"-- it feels like we can just be whoever we want around each other and in donations and stuff with him, and there's no judgment except, y'know, in a joking way (when people talk about wanting to fuck cartoon characters, for example LMFAO.) But he's just so gentle and sweet that we trust him enough that his trans fans feel totally comfortable making gender jokes around him, and allowing him to join in joking with us, because we trust him not to overstep and say something hurtful. It's just so nice to see that there's someone out there for young folks taking in gaming content who's created a brand based not on being edgy, but on being gentle and kind, and showing kids that you can be funny without being mean.

Literally I'm just so proud of Ranboo on how comfortable he's getting with his face and that he feels comfortable talking about his mental health and facial dysmorphia. Ranboo truly is one of my biggest inspirations and one of the people that made quarantine easier for me ( and continues to make me happy and also his character inspires my art quite often) and I’m really interested to see this interview Edit: I absolutely love that Ranboo speaks about his struggles with confidence and facial dysmorphia beacuase as someone who can relate I really feel understood and less alone when content creators i care about talk about their experiences. I’m extremely excited for Ranboos horror project and even though I’m someone who can’t really do horror I’ll find a way lmao. As someone who has experienced how certain toxic fandoms can go too far when it comes to pressuring their content creators, I very much feel comfortable being in the Ranboo fandom. Everyone is just so nice and understanding of his situation, and everyone is just so welcoming and encouraging. I really think that as much as we are lucky to have a comfort streamer who is so open and welcoming, Ranboo is also really lucky to have us as an understanding fandom that doesn't pressure him into doing things he wouldn't want to or things he wouldn't support. I'm really glad Ranboo knows we would never pressure him into doing stuff he's not comfortable with. As he said himself, if he reaches 5M and isn't ready for a face reveal, then all he has to do is say so and none of us will mind. We'd all much rather he feels comfortable with whatever he wants to do than that he's pressured into doing something he doesn't want just because of a subgoal or a promise made before he realised the consequences/full story. When he started talking about the facial dysphoria I genuinely started crying because of how sorry I feel for him and I’m so so proud of him with the eye reveal. Ranboo is the first person I’ve ever been so attached to anyone in my 13 years life and i know people may say that it’s stupid getting so attached to someone your never going to meet or talk to but Ranboo is just the first person that has ever made me feel comfortable with myself and he makes me feel like a human.
