It is impressive that all the personalities can agree on what to wear... especially when they have different genders and personalities and interests...😂

I wish these ppl well, I really do.... But honestly they require way to much special attention for me to be around.... and I genrally consider mentally unstable ppl a risk I would not easily let into my life... I know it is none of their fault and I am judging them for something they didn't chose.... I have just seen way to many things where mentally unstable ppl unknowingly or unintentionally did really really bad things... So my lifes trauma has taught me to keep clear of ppl that make my spidey sense tingle.... And multiple personalities is something that makes my head ring as a firealarm.... -When they come knocking you maybe know one personality... but the rest of the oersonalities are basicly univited strangers tagging along, waiting to jump out and surprise you when ypu least expect it...😅 And yes, I know they are not monsters by default. But having to deal with 17 different personalities in one body is a hazzle for everyone involved. It will never make anything easier... -As they said; Multiple personalities spending 4 hrs driving back and forth to go to the candystore is a major handicap in a daily family life. Having to get all the oersonalities to agree on a course of action seems almost impossible from the outside....😅

So playing the part everyone else wants you to be is definitely a real struggle and thing to work through, but sometimes people think there is one true you who acts the same in every scenario and thats also not true, its normal to have a multifaceted personality where different sides come out with different people. Like you dont need to pretend to be someone you're not, but you also dont need to obsess about acting the exact same way around different friends

I was 2 when I was put in ABA therapy. I don’t remember anything about it but I know how it works so I will tell you how it works. The ABA therapist first showers you with love and care until you get excited and want to go there and then they stop loving you and start ignoring you until you do what they want sometimes they even harm you and yell at you when you act wrong. Some examples of acting wrong is: not talking, no direct eye contact, stimming, lining up toys, and hyperfixating on stuff. They also have rewards. I only remember one thing about my ABA therapy and that was board games were one of the rewards. Other rewards include: snacks like candy and chips, the ability to play with toys, the ability to do what you want, and being seen. ABA therapy is used to program your child to obey all instructions and yearn for perfection. It may train them in a way that will make them prone to abusive relationships and emotional manipulation. So yeah btw I experienced that when I was a toddler (2-5 years old). I can’t be fixed. Anyway bye (the spelling issues are because I’m a bad writer) (also it’s a therapy for autistic people so no need to worry… probably)

Hearing him describe his experience with OCD makes me feel so much more comfortable in my skin. There’s something about knowing someone you watch is going through the same specific thing as you that’s relieving.

I’m still discovering myself rn. But I’ve always felt that “he” is right for me. The problem is, I still enjoy more “girl-ish” things. It’s so weird and confusing but thank the gods that my therapist and my friends cares so much in this journey lol
