This is a sad rap. So much emotion in their verses if you understand the reason behind the song. Suga produce this when they were considering disbandment few years back. Suga said they when Suga let the members listen to this song, all of them were crying together in that room. BTS lyrics are always poetic especially RM's verses because he is a POET. He's a book-nerd who delivers his message through poetry THROUGH RAP. We call him the philosopher who raps for a reason. Basically Tear that they mean is when they were discussing on disbandment despite how far they've come. God knows what kind of hardships they have to consider disbandment during their peak career. So its like them discussing "we're together as ggroup for 5-6 years and now you want to let this all go? after everything we've been through?" Its also pain bcs they understood how bad they felt with the hardships they are facing to even consider disbanding. J hope verse "we were going to the same place but this became our last" referring to them before debuting, just teenagers and young adult who enter the same company, chasing their dream together and practice together, work together until that breaking point". For those who dont know the context, ofc the lyrics can also be associate with parting as in relationships. But im so glad they made it through their hardship and pull through to the place they are now. i wont be able to find them if they disband during that year.

I love this song and how it came together, Suga did the melody and all of the Rapline wrote their parts which people seems not to be telling you. I also recommend some pre debut RM stuff too. I’m not sure if you got into his two mix tapes RM and Mono but I recommend them as well as Hobi’s Hope World.

omg this song hits different, we can feel the way they are rapping with so much emotion in their voices, you should definitely watch the live performance, it's really good. And I have a suggestion, I know rap is your thing, but I think it's time for you to check out the vocal line a little bit, see something more "different" yk (well I'm just recommending lol), "Your eyes tell " it's such a beautiful song, it's not just the vocal line but they stand out.
