Hey trade ya I go month on 2 to 3 hours had a fun episode a few years ago 96 hours 0 sleep oh so fun. Now I just say hell with it take my couple hours if I can squeeze a nap all the better. I do admit though these low frequency sounds are the best at calming mind and body. Have mine set up on a speaker at head of bed high bass literally vibrates you to sleep.

At the end of 2018 I spent an hour in an actual isolation tank and it was quite a profound experience for me, including some interesting ''visions'' that I had. Listening to this sound really creates the same experience that I had in that tank. Thank you for creating this video!

What sort of visions did you have?
@LuciaKer
@LuciaKer Жыл бұрын
@@user-jh8cx4jf7u The vision that felt most ''real'' was that I was lying on the ground and looking up at the sky. But it wasn't the usual sky. It looked like made of fabric that resembled a knitted sweater. Like an endless knitted fabric. At some point I saw a hole that formed in the fabric, at first it was small, then it started to get bigger. Another hole formed in a different place and it started getting bigger too. At first the process was slow and then this fabric started unraveling faster and faster until it was all gone. Then all I could see was dark space with lots of little sparks everywhere.

I can go 3 to 4 days awake, then sleep only 2 or 3 hours. Medication no longer helps, but I do find peace of mind with videos like these. Thank you.❤

@@JeromePJr you might think so but actually the science behind it is thousands of pounds of magnesium salt aka Epsom salt. Any kind of salt water already has disinfectant properties but that much literally destroys all bacteria and fungus, viruses on contact. In general, people take a shower before and after floating, too. Otherwise they leave behind like hair gel and lotion in the filters too.

I always try to relive past traumas before bedtime as to trigger wild dreams. Then I wake up and feed my basement family and take it out on them, fulfilling the cycle righteously. My point is people can develop many ways of relaxing before going to bed but you have to experiment and do what works best for you ultimately. Personally I find it very easy to go to sleep but waking up before I've injured myself or someone else can sometimes be a challenge with all the nightmares and unspeakable horrors whirling through the cold void of my subconscious. I much prefer being asleep to being awake though, the only time I ever truly feel at ease or free anymore is when I can't tell the difference but I'm sure most people feel like that all of the time.

Same! I don't know if this will do it for me. If you haven't already, or this stops working, try the Schumann Resonance (741Hz). That crashes me every time. I don't know how true it is about being the harmony of the Earth, or God, or whatever, but it really works very well, without having a basement family.

Ok, so I know most people here are saying that this type of noise is really calming and great for falling asleep to, and I wholeheartedly agree! I’m literally ‘bouta do it rn, BUT! As a horror writer, I’m always looking for some sort of music or ambience to have on in the bg as I’m writing or conceptualizing my beloved paranormal investigation angst, and until tonight, I’ve never quite been able to find that balance between suspenseful atmosphere and numbness to the world. This past summer, i floated on my back for 1.5 hours at a motel pool in southern oklahoma. The pool was not being used by anyone else and was situated at the back of the property near a woodsy area. It was during the heat dome, 104° . Most relaxing thing i ever experienced. I have to say i think i prefer the light hum of insects to manmade white noise if i could pick. I could "see" the sun through my eyelids but as my mind traveled i didn't notice it much. I would love to try a chamber tho!

@@AnthonySommer your music and chakras work so well for me. A power nap on heart chakra does wonders. Heras the difference for me that no one else does. Your tones are non stop no pausing but great fluctuations with stuff happening in background. That's huge with relaxing the soul

Who else is driven crazy by the jerk, just when you are drifting off? The body decides to jerk you awake, with a minor arm or leg jerk, but sometimes violently, when the whole body nearly jumps out of bed? In addition to all the external threats to one’s life that must be dealt with, one must fight one’s own body to get some rest. I can see this leading to some to finally give up. Let’s see the body jerk back to life after, ya know.

Creepy. I've heard these exact noises before 3 times. Each during times of bordering on death while in and out of consciousness. With my eyes shut it's damn near the same feeling.

This is best listened to in stereo using headphones or speakers making sure the balance is dead center and the screen is off and you are in a dark room. If you have a stereo wide switch I commend you. My Rouko doesn't allow me to widen the sound field when screen sharing 😢 Luckily I have a theater system linked to it.

First time I listened to this was the other night. Was the best sleep I ever had minus the sleep paralysis demon that came in uninvited saying hello and touching me like I was some child ready to be woken up from nap time, smh. 😒😑 Second night was pretty okay but man this is so powerful I nearly almost missed work it made me sleep so deeply. 😅 Time for the third go of this and kick insomnia in the ass. 😎

Dear folks this is your captain speaking. Buckle up and hold onto your snacks! We're about to give gravity a run for its money. And remember, if you happen to spot any stray UFOs, kindly let me know. Let's aim for a smooth touchdown, shall we? And for those of you who still have hopes of catching that connecting flight, let's just say... fingers crossed and prayers to the aviation gods! Sit back, relax, and enjoy the rollercoaster descent brought to you by your friendly neighborhood pilot.
