At the end of 2018 I spent an hour in an actual isolation tank and it was quite a profound experience for me, including some interesting ''visions'' that I had. Listening to this sound really creates the same experience that I had in that tank. Thank you for creating this video!
@user-jh8cx4jf7u Жыл бұрын
What sort of visions did you have?
@LuciaKer Жыл бұрын
@@user-jh8cx4jf7u The vision that felt most ''real'' was that I was lying on the ground and looking up at the sky. But it wasn't the usual sky. It looked like made of fabric that resembled a knitted sweater. Like an endless knitted fabric. At some point I saw a hole that formed in the fabric, at first it was small, then it started to get bigger. Another hole formed in a different place and it started getting bigger too. At first the process was slow and then this fabric started unraveling faster and faster until it was all gone. Then all I could see was dark space with lots of little sparks everywhere.

@@JeromePJr you might think so but actually the science behind it is thousands of pounds of magnesium salt aka Epsom salt. This is one of the best sleeping tracks I've come across lately!
I always try to relive past traumas before bedtime as to trigger wild dreams. Then I wake up and feed my basement family and take it out on them, fulfilling the cycle righteously. My point is people can develop many ways of relaxing before going to bed but you have to experiment and do what works best for you ultimately. Personally I find it very easy to go to sleep but waking up before I've injured myself or someone else can sometimes be a challenge with all the nightmares and unspeakable horrors whirling through the cold void of my subconscious. I much prefer being asleep to being awake though, the only time I ever truly feel at ease or free anymore is when I can't tell the difference but I'm sure most people feel like that all of the time.

The body decides to jerk you awake, with a minor arm or leg jerk, but sometimes violently, when the whole body nearly jumps out of bed? It’s like up to 120$ for 1 1/2 hrs so it’s not that bad you could save and do it

Dear folks this is your captain speaking. Buckle up and hold onto your snacks! We're about to give gravity a run for its money. And remember, if you happen to spot any stray UFOs, kindly let me know. Let's aim for a smooth touchdown, shall we? And for those of you who still have hopes of catching that connecting flight, let's just say... fingers crossed and prayers to the aviation gods! Sit back, relax, and enjoy the rollercoaster descent brought to you by your friendly neighborhood pilot.

I’ve tried all of these, so many variations. I’ve decided I prefer just plain old silence.

Can't even count to 5 before I hear screaming, cars, planes or dogs outside. Complete silence is no option in highly populated area's

I once ditched school and fell asleep in a plastic tub in the closet so my parents wouldnt find me and unintentionally given myself the craziest sensory deprived experience where I just kept hallucinating be found by my parents but they were at work and I was just tripping.
