Definitely a golden buzzer worthy if there is one at this stage. The judges' comments were all spot on. He is a talent among all the talents who managed to connect with the audience and viewers and bring them all to feel what he is trying to tell in his song, brilliant! Whether he will eventually win is not yet known but he has won many hearts out there. A simple, humble and genuine man, his family is blessed.

The best BGT winner there’s ever been. The ability to mix emotions in minutes, especially this year is a talent in itself. This man is a pure genius. He will go far. Watch BGT Champions if that ever happens again, even if Kodi Lee from AGT entered I think Jon would win.

AGT has just crowned the guy doing Spoken poetry. I see this as "sung poetry" and it is even better!! Telling a poignant personal story in poetry verses, but this one has the comedy side to it which made it so perfectly crafted!! I'm rooting for Jon to WIN!!!

But looking at AGT winners lately, new "acts", those not seen before , or old acts with new "twist" (Grace V songwriting, Darci as young singing ventriloquist, the magician guy with nice hair..) tend to win. Anyways, Jon for me represent an entirely new concept, and the fact that he's funny and endearing, and entertaining to boot, made me single him out. Let's see what he does in finals, could be a make or break.

First encountered this guy in 2004 in the Casino, San Clemente, Menorca. Tuesday night was when the casino became the jazz club and Jon was a guest musician - he played the piano like had 20 fingers and was incredible.

Yes David was right. It's universal. I watched Jon's audition and his semi finals performance, and both performances had me laughing and emotional towards the end. And I'm Asian. Our culture and society is different from the British. But, yeah, relationship with family is universal. So I totally understood and felt what Jon was conveying.
