So the words are anger, joy, sadness and pleasure. They all go away until they reach pleasure. The trailer for the comeback Chan & Felix narrated the little boys inner feelings before his big performance. So the mv is all those emotions battling until Pleasure finally wins and the Band is able to perform with no fear, sadness or anger 💗 Loved the reaction Anthony 💗

"Rock" is a double entendre. It's a Chinese character that means "joy" (one of the characters you see in the back and as their album title) and, spelled out in Hangul is 락 which, if said quickly, sounds like lalalalala.

I love this whole concept, Stray Kids keep out doing themselves. What a good idea just showing the mind of a nervous kid having to preform and as they keep going they loose the nerves and starts to enjoy it! I'm glad I didn't watch any teasers though until after the MV drop, going into it blind made the whole experience so much better for me.

M/V concept info dump: Lee Know thinks of the monsters as kinda representing Stage Fright. So like the embodiment of Anxiety. The whole video is about the war of emotions going on inside the children's minds. like you can see the 4 emotions over their heads through out the video in the Chinese characters (怒 anger, 喜 joy, 哀 sadness, and 樂 pleasure) and as each emotion is overcome they fade away with pleasure being the one that wins out in the end. also each version of SKZ can be seen the same way: Mad Max style characters being pleasure since the whole play on words with rock star and the Chinese character being used, Clowns being chaotic/blissful joy, the white room being sadness, and maybe the pirates are anger? I believe since anger dissolved with bubbles like the pirates have. could have them mixed up somewhere though. hahah. Felix does for sure say like a "shoosh" but in korean. so 쉿 sounds more like shwit. which makes it sound like shit. its really just a play with the words. which we love our boys for doing. I get so emotional at the ending scene cause the stance gives the ending of 143 with the I Love You hand sign vibes. and if you think of the children on stage as past SKZ(which is what SKZ themselves assumed when they reacted to the video) then its like them telling their past selves that they love them. which i know could totally be a bit of stretch and i may be a little delulu for it cos i never fully understand SKZ lore anyway lmao. but the thought of this whole song/album being a bit cathartic for them is such an emotional feeling. 😭 I talk too much. sorry, sorry. 🤣

The hand sign at the end is not the I love you in sign language like 143. It is actually the hand sign for rock. People would look at each other and say rock on and use that symbol so that is why they done it.
