i saw him once after a show at the Worcester palladium and wanted 2 get his autograph but was told by security sorry charlies not signing 2nite as he scurried on 2 the tour bus.got scott ians with no problem as he came back off the bus 2 say hi 2 everyone.not impressed with charlie.

That was killer! Even if you only knew it 75%, there was absolutely zero in there that stood out as a mistake. Random note - my favorite Charlie drumming moment - the end of "What Doesn't Die" when you're just cruising along with insane double bass at the end and I'm thinking "he's gotta be tired"...and then it gets FASTER. And never loses that killer groove. And then you nailed it live all 6 times I saw you guys on that tour.

I've only been star struck twice. Eric Clapton and Anthrax. Never before, never since. Jimmy's in New Orleans, Anthrax played with....pardon my old guy brain....Cannibal Corpse and Misfits, if I remember right. Anthrax has always been and will always be my #1.

Seeing you with Slayer there reminds me of that disappointing day in Leipzig 2019, where you played the second to last German gig of Slayer's farewell tour. My ticket said it begins at 8 pm, and arrived a bit late at 19:50. Heard some music outside the venue and thought it was the soundcheck... but it was Anthrax playing the end of their show. When I entered the venue the stage was getting prepared for Slayer. I enjoyed Slayer as always and it was great, but I was a bit sad I missed Anthrax because I'd seen you much fewer times than Slayer and the last time is many many years ago....
