Hey what's up John, 😍Love your channel brother....I agree that Gun Channels are hurting, but it's not for the reasons most people think. The number one reason Gun Channels are suffering is because the Algorithm Changed, and unfortunately most KZbinr's don't know how to adapt. Also If you log into your Google adsense account you can block certain advertisers from showing in front of your videos, no need to demonetize your channel. 1. This is the Primary reason Ad Revenue and Organic Growth is down. So let's break this down. Why do videos get the Yellow symbol? In August KZbin launched their new A.I. Algorithm. As we know, A.I. must learn from human input. So tons of videos get the yellow symbol regardless on the nature of the content being family friendly or not, then once the KZbinr requsts a manual review it teaches the A.I. Once the A.I. learns more and more, you'll stop seeing the yellow symbol. 2. Why is Organic Growth Down. If a KZbin channel has high quality content, KZbin will promote that channel's videos in the "Suggested Tab" of a larger related KZbin Channel. This is the bread and butter of Organic Growth. Before the new Algorithm launched KZbin measured View Count, and comments to determine if a video was High Quality or Not. However, KZbinrs started gaming the system by purchasing Fake Views, comments, and subscribers. So KZbin changed the algorithm to focus on Minutes Watched, and Audience Retention to determine if the video is high quality. Because most KZbinrs never focused on improving their watch time, KZbin stops promoting the channel. Thus ad Revenue decreases and Organic Growth slows down. With that said, I have personally tested this with my own channel. Since increasing the Watch Time by 10%, my organic growth has increased by 164% and ad revenue has increased 137.64% in just 20 days. To top it off 100% of my Gun Related videos are completely monetized. If you have any questions feel free to hit me up John😍
