And loads actually, but was a 1.90 centimeters guy and extremely skinny, so he just wasn’t eating enough meat, eggs and fish, because he was so skinny In the end he died, because he only weighed 40 kg because of covid. Not hating or trying to prove a point, just have some genuine questions since it's impossible to tell what is and isn't real out there. The bullet points are based on topics, not the number of questions. 1. If raw meat and blood is the main source of many nutrients, how much worse is cooked meat, how can you avoid sickness resulting from ingestion of raw meat, and how can meat be sourced without coming from essentially animal factories that are said to cause immense damage to the planet? 2. If naturally occurring food is best, are natural mushrooms and berries good for you? I genuinely think many of them taste good on their own, especially berries (mostly because of their sweetness). If leaves, flowers, and weed/grass varieties are so abundant then why aren't we built to digest/convert them? Is the energy cost just too great? 3. Would milk be a good food source if it weren't full of growth hormones or other artificial compounds? 4. How much does genetics affect whether or not certain items can be converted as food? If it is significant, then how can these foods be personalized based on genetic background? 5. I heard some people say this channel is satire. At what point does the satire end and the honest belief start? I hope at least a couple of my questions can be answered. Thanks to anyone taking the time to respond.
@bubbles136625 күн бұрын
Hello! 1. Cooking meat destroys a lot of the nutrients so eat it as raw as you'd like, just don't burn it to a crisp please lol when eating raw meat items try to source from local farms where the animals are happy and healthy or hunt them yourself. Not all meat comes from factory farms and I agree that factory farms are terrible but also animal agriculture isn't as horrible for the environment as a lot of talking heads would want you to believe.... 2. I'm not sure about mushrooms honestly, but a lot of them are very toxic for humans and I'm sure it was rare for people to come across mushrooms that were safe enough to consume...I could see some naturally occuring berries to be good, you would t get that many anyway if you were finding them just naturally and they wouldn't be sprayed with pesticides...but definitely not necessary to be healthy. Also yes energy cost to convert plants is just too great...we aren't cows, nor apes nor rabbits who can spend all day eating leaves...it just makes no sense. Our digestive system isnt built to digest such a large about of plants...and most plants in nature are toxic as fuck and gross to eat. Though I think certain herbs can be used as a medicine if you were to fall ill with something 3. Yeah milk is alright, get organic raw milk from healthy cows in clean farms...that's better for you because the process of pasteurization destroys lots of nutrients. I wouldn't rely on it solely though as a food but I think it can be good if there isn't anything else available like the whole cow itself lol. 4. I'm not sure but I'm sure it's possible yes that genetics could play a role in the ways we digest food. If you want you can just look to your ancestors and see what they would have eaten naturally, for the most part all humans are built pretty much the same just like all cats or dogs there are variants for sure but also basic similarities and needs. 5. It's not satire he's being serious. he can be sarcastic but if you watch enough you can tell when he is being sarcastic vs. Sincere.

True. Im very pale and dont tan but my skin makes much oil whenbout in the sun. Some ppl like me just dont have the genes for melanin I guess. Natural blond, pale skin, green eyes. There is no brown pigment in me, still I only burn in extreme sunexposure 40°. Back when I are garbage 25° would get me sunburned
@lifeinthemountains69955 ай бұрын
@@Vani2468 i was not able to tan until i ate a lot of raw animal fat., raw butter and cream. Also, do not bath before or after sunbathing for at least 1 day. Never use soap or shampoo. Simply hot water is enough to shower. Try it. Use lime juice for armpits and eat a primal diet and your body will stay odorless for a week or more without the need of showering.

Eating margarine or seed oils is bad when in the sun but using soap is definitely not especially if you are using beef tallow soap.
@lifeinthemountains69955 ай бұрын
@@MasterChiefSierra117-ce4uu soap is a solvent. Sun still will work on your skin hours and hours . You will burn. Tallow soap might be without chemicals but and is better but might burn if you use water after sunbathing.

Do you have any comments on bulking up being healthy? I know Aajonus mentioned that having extra body fat is healthy and necessary for most people nowadays. How it helps with taking the hot baths and removing toxins from the body.

Does sun damage and age the skin? There is one image on Google where truck driver drives on sun most of time and his skin looks so old from that side and young on other side
@cat.inpastlife5 ай бұрын
That's because truck drivers are for hours on the road. If you sunbath like this then yes you will age quicker.

The real reason people age from the sun is when people eat badly. I used to be pale but can get a tan easily now by eating naturally and the tan helps me from getting damaged from the sun.

Sun damage happens when you overdo exposure and also eat terribly on top of that.

Hi Goatis, thanks for uploading this video. I can understand why some people are doing this. I'm a 44 year old man & aging sucks & not looking in my 20s anymore sucks. It would be nice if there's anti aging stuff which is genuine & it would be nice if there's something out there which isn't discovered yet which will reverse aging. I hate looking in my 40s. I'm not talking about malnourishment.
