Anti-Apartheid Conference for Palestine begins in South Africa

Solidarity groups hosting the first Global Anti-Apartheid Conference for Palestine have called on people around the world to pressure their governments to take a stand against Israel. The event in Johannesburg aims to intensify global mobilisation to end the occupation of Palestine. Ntshepeng Motema reports.

Read and educate yourself. They've occupied the area that is supposed to be Palestine, then they set up 500 points at which Palestinian people have to report to go to any other part of their land, they have two separate highways on which Israelis and Palestinians travel, Arab Israelis are not allowed to buy land in Israel. Need I say more? Close your eyes and ears if the truth about the situation is uncomfortable for you, but don't pretend this information is not out there.
