If you are a parent with a child that's being bullied, teach them to talk diplomatic trash back and to fight with their fists. That's the only way to stop being bullied. I was bullied growing up and second grade my dad and Uncle taught me adult level disrespect while using a kids school safe language. That kept it at bay till fifth grade when it got worse cause they teamed up on me and I got into my first fight and learned I love fighting, by the end of sixth grade I was facing expulsion because I fought so much with the bullies, before every fight an adult was told in formal writing of these bullies and the kids they where targeting. In umatilla middle school I was called the "bully of bullies" because I'd stand up and fight for whoeverbwas being bullied and couldn't stand up for themselves. If you as a parent don't have the smartass, fighting side in you to teach your kid, call up your trusted friend or family member that was military or in prison to start spendingbsome time with the kid and teach them
