Literally only one of them was true. Like 1. Men can pee standing up / women can have babies -> anatomical difference, kinda works out. 2. Women can be grandmothers -> well yes, but it relies on point 1, also grandmas do have a male equivalent... 3. Only women can wear dresses -> Yeah of course. That's definitely the same level of impossibility as functions that rely on complex organs and hormone systems. Every time a man tries to put on a dress, he's entirely paralyzed, it explodes, the Supreme Court has to rule about this highly illegal case, wormholes appear, the human race just ceases to exist.
