they didn't sell out because they changed their sound a little bit...all bands do that i think their musical style changed after chris #2 came in; his other band, whatever it takes, sounds so similar to the recent anti-flag, but when he wasn't in anti-flag, justin sane was writing most songs.. i don't believe they have sold out yet...but when their new album comes out and it sounds like the bright lights, i'll believe that still, we've got to remember that punk isn't all about the sound

i don't know about fascism, but nazism is conservative for sure--see, conservative is all for the country, and liberal is for the freedom of people...and because the conservative cares so much about the country more than the individuals, came nazism and hitler...hitler came in when germany was all shitty and took away people's freedom, but the people didn't mind so much because the country was improving KNOW YOUR HISTORY huh?

Another thing... And yeah the government is so stable at the moment there is a car bomb every day, you think you'd learn your lessons and get the fuck out. And what's more cowardly to blindly follow what the leaders of your country do and have pride in it or to stand against the way they treat others and show respect for people who might not necessarily be able to reward you for it??

Fidel Castro is a cuban cult hero. he's an idylic symbol. they adore him. He isnt fascist at all, not even close, and he hasnt needed to punish anyone who votes against him because nobody ever does. theres over 17000 members which regardless of how many americans there are, is still to many.

omg...anti-flag still has strong beliefs but they're more poppy now...... i'm so worried that my fave band will go become a sell-out up to their 2006 album for blood and empire was okay but their 2008 album is unbelievably disappointing :(

Once you sell-out to a major record lable your not punk any more. You're pop. They totally gave up their DIY roots. But, granted this song comes from a time when they were still relivant.

I think the song works better in this slightly faster tempo... A lot better actually. That lead riff just fits in the mix a lot better imho
