That 1:80 ratio means the person has enough tissue or organ damage to satisfy this doctor’s criteria. Sadly, there’s not enough symptomology going on and then by the time doctors decide to actually give someone treatment. It has to be at doses that can cause cancer rather than give treatment early on in smaller doses that are less cancer-causing before you have a ANA’s like this.

Well waiting for doc to call. I had 2.2 on SMRP 3.1 on RNP and Positive 1:80 on ANA with speckles. It's funny.... I've never had fevers, felt sick or anything till last yr all of a sudden. And now I could have some fuck;$* up illness.

red painful dry fingers and especially fingertips and toes, extreme hair loss, red/ purple peeling nose tip…. rnp 1.4, 1.3…..biopsy reports connective tissue disease any ideas? no help from dermatologist p.a. or rheumatologist p.a. thanks

Can a person have a positive ANA and Positive RNP but then have a Negative ANA and Positive RNP? Does mean MCTD or not because of the now negative ana even with symptoms of MCTD.

its associate your ana level is very low and some laboratary can not detect it sometimes its looking like fluctuate but its not
