Being a queen, vulnerable, open or smiling and being feminine... As a lady walking in your journey of womanhood, you do it to complement Oneself, and not necessarily for anyone. If they are attracted to it good for them, but this actually helps you to be your highest best self...

Exactly. Relax, if you like this guy show it, in a simple pure way. Don't "work it", when you do that you try to hard. I am old and have watched the mistakes people make. One thing I can say to men is this "do not lay down the law" when you do this you destroy the woman you want, she will bloom in your life like a flower if you tend that flower, that flower is fragile, easily crushed, do you want to harm the beautiful flower? Or nurture it?
@sGodiva-sp7oc2 ай бұрын
@@maybee... Agree 100%. If you fake anything, you cannot keep it up forever, you will slip up. Then you'll show a part of the real you he may hate. It will only make him wonder what else you are hiding or not being up front about. I c n see your fakeness being the end of the relationship. Would you like it or accept it from him. It's huge red flag.

I'm from South Africa. ❤ My boyfriend has brought such a soft side to me. I've been in two bad relationships prior to to him and my heart was guarded for 3 years before he came into my life. WOW. Being loved by a true masculine man is something I've never experienced. He wants to protect me, keep me safe. He plans things for us, always looking for things to help me with and is so incredibly thoughtful and kind. I love everything about him. He told me the other day that he really finds my softness attractive. He said he loves the way I treat people with love and kindness despite the trauma I went through and I didn't become cold and hard.

I had 2 relationships, first to the father of my 4 kids which we parted in 1991 because I had to leave the country for financial reasons.Then I married the second one in 1996 and just died 3 yrs. ago! I never experienced a man betraying me for another women.I thought all the while that because I am a strong willed woman because of those characters. At present at 62 an old family friend who is a Company CEO here in Japan is courting me since I lost my husband, now after watching this video I finally understand why!Aside from him there are still another two Company owners who are my suitors.By the way aged from 68,67 and the latest one is 57 yrs. old who just proposed about 2 weeks ago. It doesnt mean that I like them,I just discovered myself more deeply from listening to your wisdom! Thank you! By the way I met the 57 yrs.old at the place where I sing at least three times a week.An entertainment restaurant which is very common here in Japan. Thank you!

My husband and I have been happily together for 19 years. Some of the things that I feel have helped our marriage is. First and foremost I take care of my physical appearance. 2- my husband is into the outdoors... Camping hiking, anything that has to do with the outdoor. I was not when I met him so I read as much as I could on the things that he was interested in so that we had and have things to talk about. I try to do those things he loves and he in turn has done the same with me. I try to make him feel better around me than he does with anyone else. I make him feel respected, honored and love. I am that person he loves coming home to. I try to keep myself spiritually centered. Not necessarily religious. Although religion can apply. I just try to meditate and try to imagine our life together and what that means to me. One of the things I also say to him on a daily bases is how attractive I find him and how safe I always feel around hi, a little background. I am a retired law enforcement woman who was in charge of all the logistic planning when the President of the US came to our state, my job was to keep POTUS safe yet I tell my husband he make me feel safe and that is 100% true. He is my rock.

making him feel masculine always works. But then again, all the men I have loved in my life have been very masculine and share a lot of humor. I actually have a lot of confidence ...maybe to much and if I don't tone it down a bit I think men feel they cant be my equal and we both lose interest. I cant be with a man that cant deal with my confidence though so , I don't hide it. Not cocky confidence but I have no reason to NEED a man other than for sex, which I don't have with men I don't love.

Sorry,I haven't tried any of these things as you have described me to a T. This is who I am and have always been. The problem is that men have been treated so badly by other women that they have become untrusting and think you're putting on a show to entrap them. There has been an occasion that the man wanted to take out vengeance on you for what his former partner has done. Openness and honesty leaves you very vulnerable but is the best way to be even though you get terribly hurt. Eventually the man sees his mistake but is usually too late to repair the mistrust that he has put between you.

It’s really great to know you as I’m beginning to understand more about men . I live in Uk by the way , it happened a few days ago that I need an answer to what goes in my mind about the man I’m with at the moment . Also you ask which category I am , well I think, I’m the queen . As you said I have boundaries or principle in life that should not be cross and I’m a great observer too. So this topic is really telling me about things with regards to relationship .
@trishataylor28372 жыл бұрын
Lets put it this way...I can try and APPRECIATE what you offer. Why does it always have to be US as the women always have to cater to a man's ego? WE have to be the "Queen" to make him feel like the "King"! We have to be "open and honest" but they get to keep secrets! They always want to know where WE are but they get to go wherever they want and do whatever they want WITHOUT US! If I as a woman have to follow all these "steps', techniques, secrets" to attract a man and will "lose" him if I DON'T or slip up and wind up being my REAL self...sorry but it's just not worth it to me. I strive to be a better person EVERY day. I stay on my personal growth path and know that Jesus is my "King" not jumping through hoops for the man. I have portrayed being Feminine , Open, Vulnerable, I am a very Confident woman and have Boundaries. What I have found is... a great deal of men do NOT like this! They are looking for a Nurse or a Purse and sometimes BOTH! They look for the "doormat type" and avoid the REAL woman such as myself. I am who God made me and as I continue to stay on the trajectory of being the BEST ME I can be, well...it's GOD I ultimately want to please. I

I'm German, watching from the Netherlands. What I find problematic about this video (and videos with similar content, there are lots of them out there) is that they are all asking or even urging women to put on a mask, to play a role, to be something they might not really be. And making them feel bad because they have certain "masculine" traits they just can't hide or deny. Well ... First and foremost, you should be YOURSELF. And not hide or deny anything that is part of you. If you try to follow "tips" or "rules" (against your nature) you can never attract the guy that is really right for you. That being said, I agree that men like women that act like the Queen, they like femininity, confidence, and you making him feel like your hero. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that. However, my man also appreciates my ability to think analytically, logically, my rational view of things AND my intelligence. He is a very masculine man but in some ways he is more feminine than I am. And that's OK. We (men and women) all have feminine and masculine traits/energy, in different proportions. My conclusion: Be as authentic as possible, the right guy will come along, the one who likes you just the way you are. (For about 25 years I tried to bend over backwards to be someone I'm not, to hide certain aspects of my personality that I knew made him feel uncomfortable or "small". The result was always the same: I was unhappy, always stressed out, and in the end it did not work, no matter how hard I tried. When I stopped doing this (it was not a conscious decision, but more like the result of a very long process) I just didn't care anymore whether I should be a little more this or a little less that. And - along came my perfect match. My last point: Every couple has to find their own balance, which is perfect for them. There are less masculine men out there and less feminine women. If those get together - fine! ;-)

most men have MOMMY ISSUES!!! they all project their inner child wound on the woman in their life because they never want or can get to the root issue of the problem. they all struggle with deep rooted abandonment issues. its not women's job too be mommies to their spouse. this is why most men cheat, the man has the issue with himself and projects his toxic behavior onto the woman never taking accountability of their own actions.

I'm not saying that men are not drawn to these things but...THIS IS SUPER LIMITING! WOMEN - NUMBER ONE SHOULD BE THAT YOU DRAW THE RIGHT MAN IN BY BEING YOURSELF, OWNING YOURSELF AND KNOWING YOURSELF - PLAYING GAMES IS NOT THE WAY FORWARD! FIRST AND FOREMOST - BE YOURSELF. AND IF YOU ARE STILL FINDING OUT ABOUT YOURSELF, DISCOVERING YOURSELF - THAT IS FINE TOO. DO THAT BEFORE OR ALONGSIDE DATING. BUT WHAT WE ALL WANT *AS HUMAN BEINGS* IS SOMEONE AUTHENTIC - IT IS VERY, VERY EASY TO READ WHEN SOMONE IS ACTING OR NOT BEING THEMSELVES - AND EXTREMELY OFP PUTTING. THINK ABOUT IT? WH3N YOU COULD READ IT IN SOMEONE THAT THEY WERE 'PUTTING ON AN ACT' REMEMBER - IT IS NOT ABOUT FINDING A MAN - IT'S ABOUT FINDING THE RIGHT MAN - AND TO DO THAT YOU HAVE TO BE YOURSELF, KNOW YOURSELF, OWN YOURSELF!

California.. i have found that the only men ive encountered who mention being "Kings" happen to have traits of Covert Narcissism & are abusive. Small, weak men talk about being Kings.. so i worry that being a "Queen" might continue to attract those men.. Though i do see that you emphasize setting boundaries which should ward off those types.. ive been everything you've talked about, but i was too forgiving & willing to give chances beyond my boundaries, but its hard not to try to work on something you are invested in & was going so well previously to a stark contrast suddenly, feels like a trick, cause it IS ONE. & Im honest, vulnerable, & open in a way that feels appropriate as the relationship builds, but that also has been used against me with those types of men. Its tricky.. i feel like its easier to see now, but they have decent masks for quite some time that is hard to see past. I soooo want to find a wonderful partner to grow with, who respects himself/herself & me, is responsible, has a strong moral compass, & that wants the same kind of future i want.. but i keep meeting people with a lot of unresolved childhood wounding that they mask very well until THEY DON'T. & then im invested & in love & trapped in some way it feels or i AM ACTUALLY TRAPPED by threats or physical intimidation.. & i dont want any more 'Energetic Vampires'/'blackholes' manifesting as human, taking my life away. & I dont want to give up on dating because i want a beautiful life shared with another & i want to create something new from that most powerful LOVE, a family, more than anything else. But I feel like ive done the right things, i just keep falling for the wrong people. & i know im making my own mistakes too, but nothing looking at my own actions as deal breakers or something intentionally hurtful or selfish within the relationship. I think of my relationship as being a part of a team as the central part of that life, but then having plenty of personal experiences to bring back in to help add to the relationship. Im always wanting to learn the passions of my partner & if they want to involve me, id love that, & would like the same energy back, but i also know people need time to themselves & with their friends & that the trust of that & knowing you want the other to be happy & feel free, can bring new fire/juice into your partnership. Im attracted to the people who march to the beat of their own drums, the Misfits, the Passionate, the Wildly exciting. & so far its made it hard to find husband/wife material but probably cause i was in my 20s still. But now i feel like TIME is weighing heavily because im 32 & want kids & been recovering for the last year in the desert from a very verryy abusive relationship & met a guy out here at the grocery store & he ended up being not physically abusive but everything else as well. So im a little shaken & trying to figure out what it is im doing wrong or maybe not right to attract & be attracted to quality men who treat me right & that i could work towards have a family with. Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

My question to you, my dear is… What belief systems do you have running around in your amygdala that are showing up in your reality? Trust me, I’m working on my own. From my learnings and perspective, I look for possibility, instead of viewing my world from a place of fear(I am not condoning any form of abuse.). The trauma that you’ve experienced has created an imprint in your brain, and it appears to be recycling itself into your reality. I’m not sure what your religious or spiritual beliefs are, or if you have any? There is are a few books that I would like to recommend to you, if you so choose to utilize them? The Untethered Soul, By Michael Singer, The Hoffman Process, by Tim Laurence, and Getting The Love You Want, By Harvel Hendrix and Helen Hunt. Basically, what I’ve learned from Brené Brown, is to pay attention to the stories that you tell yourself. Get curious, rather than assume or judge. Something that I’ve learned from my career as a Special Ed Instructional Assistant(for 22 years), is that anger is a secondary emotion, stemming from disappointment, frustration, unmet needs, embarrassment, lack of safety, shame, conditioning from upbringing/an what we expose ourselves to along the way, and trauma(I’m sure that there are more, I just can’t think of them at the moment.). I’ve learned this from Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs. Narcissists and/or abusers have the lowest self-esteem/self-love(in a non-egotistical way) and they use control and manipulation to make themselves feel better. When a person gets curious about the underlying causes of another’s behavior, it is easier to take the situation less personally(We are all human and still have our moments.). From my perspective, we are here to learn from the past, heal it, and to love on ourselves more. I hope that this is helpful? My intentions come from love and wisdom. I wish the very best to you on your journey! If you desire any further assistance, I would recommend getting in touch with Antia or Brody, to get more tools for the love life or life in general of your dreams. They have more insight and experience in their program than I do 🤩. I’m sure it will be worth it 🥳!

@@erinhappy-go-lucky5040 Erin i am soooo sorry i missed this long, very thought out & caring message from you.. it means THE WORLD that you read & really thought about what i wrote & offered such sage advice to me.. wow.. really helps me believe in the great levels of kindness of strangers in the world when i was beginning to believe it was a dying breed of humanity.. Thank you.. it is definitely going to be something i use to really deep dive into myself with.. you have a lot of good questions for me that arent easy to answer rn.. which tells me i really should have a better grasp on their answers.. what belief systems AM I running? Im not religious but am highly mediated & American media is very christan at its roots so my morals are highly close to that system mixed with the bushido code. I have high expectations of others ability for self-control. Which i know is a problem to a degree. Expectations dont usually help things go smoothly.. & I know for a while i was not loving myself enough was an internal script/belief i had in the past. I thought id changed it, but i think i started not feeling very much self-love for a while during the abuse & never quite got to a better place in me from previous unresolved issues where i shut down my voice out of fear of reaction, or non-reaction (no one standing up for me or being supportive or caring at all..). I really want to read more Brene Brown & will check out the other books you suggested!! Thank you!! I will try to pay attention to the stories i tell myself.. its tricky awareness like this, cause i thought i was done with this treatment but clearly i have some need within me to fix/the savior complex that im not breaking for some reason. I do know that about anger & definitely felt like i did have trouble listening properly to my abuser, they made it verryy hard to hear their true feelings but i got there sometimes. I feel like i usually understand mine but sometimes it is just anger too that they could be so disrespectful or selfish or manipulative.. im hurt as well but im more amgry that they cant just rise up & be at the level we should be at the basics, follow the golden rule.. sigh.. My curiosity got me trapped longer thinking i could find a solution to their clear inward pain they directed at me but people have to change themselves.. :/ Who are Anita & Brody? Thank you again, very very helpful.. :) i hope you have the happiest of holidays! Take care!!
