I have never had a man refuse a request to help me when I ask. This is especially true when purchasing large bundles of water or items at Sam’s or Costco! I don’t hesitate to ask loading them into my shopping cart, or unloading them into my car in the parking lot. They have always been happy to help. 👍

Not only do I ask or let, I emphasize my admiration for being a Gentleman in this day and age! Makes their day, I think.

Thank you so much for these insights. Last week at the grocery store while fighting to disconnect two carts an attractive man came up and volunteered to unjam them for me and I stepped aside to allow it. When he proudly pushed the cart to me with a broad smile, In return gave a wink and a smile. Later he came up to the self serve line behind me when I giggled, he rushed towards me and picked me off the ground with an embracing hug said 'thank you for that wink, it made my week'. Just giggled as he put me down. That made my week 'cause realized the power of my feminine at 76. Wow, a lovely hug from a man half my age!

I see vulnerability as an asset and a strength. It’s the way God made us. I’m so happy

Part of the issue of why things got so misconstrued , i believe, in society is that..with the economy, women have to work also...most of them, and AT work we have to put everything you just said aside and lots of women's potions require US to be the provider, whether its providing customer service, providing comfort, providing heath care etc. THEN when we get home, it is hard to switch gears into RECEIVING mode. Double that if you have children. Especially if spouse or anyone 'jumps' on you, for lack of a better word, AS SOON AS you get home from work, thus not allowing you TIME to switch gears into receiving mode. There are veriables in this day and age that werent there in the past.

I didn't have help from my husband for the 10 yrs we was married, except to be the father of my kids, then on my own to raise them alone, & now 41 years alone having to always be both parents, now I don't know how to let a man help me cause I had to do it all on my own, way to long !!!

To answer question 1.Receiving is something I have had to learn. I was definitely more in my masculine and have had to learn to receive which is an ongoing process.

The problem with accepting too much help and gifts from men is that they will inevitably expect me to give “something” in return. For this reason, I tend to be *very* careful who I allow it from, especially if it involves material things.

Not all men think you owe them something, and I often think its actually you who feels you owe them

Yes it can be true for some men, more healthy masculine men also do it because they feel masculine and feel good as a man and helping and serving others

The only thing that gets tricky for me is if I cannot read a man, but I am trying to tell myself it's not me being the problem, but it might be the situation he's in that cuts me short. I have ppl in my life I want to draw closer to me - high value ppl - but they are having a professional relation to me. So yesterday my therapist was annoyed with me (maybe bc I tagged the therapy to the Gospel I shared on my FB). So I used - I believe - my feminine energy, but there was annoyance. My greatest purpose is to share the Gospel with them as my treasure is built in the heavenlies. My man is going to be my man even for eternity. Just in general I ask if ppl truly like me, but I treasure myself in my identitet in Christ.

I see Vulnerability as a strength, but Discernment is needed in how much to reveal and when, and maybe more info gathered about the guys in question. Otherwise, I check off all these ( I’m 61- widowed, so have the advantage of life lessons/ maturity).

He says he doesn't know what he wants, Been married 3 × first was divorced second wife passed away and third married 2 years and now divorced..... Please help

Not if he doesn't know what he wants. Men are hunters by nature. They Go After what they want. You deserve someone who knows they want to be with only you.

Do you think once these have happened… you can fix ( apply what you teach) & change the situation & possibly open up way to have relationships again ?? This has really been an eye opener for me … I took this as moaning/complaining…from a guys prospective . Keep sharing so much with him about yourself 😳 What do you think about… when your guy you’ve been dating/living with for couple of months talks about other women his dated.. is this at test of jealousy??

❤Thanking you Sweetly Sweetie....I would appreciate your opinion on when one starts to chat with someone and they say brb and when I wrote back to him after 4 days waiting to hear back from him I literally told him that I didn't consider him a friend which in turn he responded that I had been rude towards him... and again he cut off the conversation for a second time...ps.he happens to be an official general...❤can you give me your opinion dear thank you Sweetly Blessed ❤

Man I do that I smile and try to respond but all I get is men who scrol at me like it makes them uncomfortable when I look at them and smile. But I think they see how desperate I am about being excepted and liked. Past year I been going out to try and make friends but all I get is angry men and weman who don’t like me and think I after there man. As a single woman I feel I am looked at as stay clear of her if she don’t have a man your a crazy Nancy. But I just traumatized and have no money or medical to heal. One more thing I have to do alone so some of us are just trying to survive.

The man I am madly in love with is all those things to me! But in spirit not In his physical actions! Is that normal?
@cml18886 ай бұрын
@davinathedivine do you mean he is not alive or do you mean your connection to him os more spiritual than it is in the human mundane stuff? I had a relationship in the latter for several years and it's really tricky. It was like a soul relationship or twin flame. Most powerful, inspiring, deep, connected relationship ever. Very polarized, magical and lifting. But in reality world, he didn't help, work, be consistent or reliable. I said our souls are in the most beautiful relationship but our humans couldn't get it right. We need both. It was a godt. But we are human after all and sometimes Mr needs to hold the door and carry some heavy stuff.
