Yup! That's the first med my doctor prescribed. Used it for a week and stopped. I knew I needed to get to the bottom of what was happening in my body, instead of taking meds. I'm not taking any meds now. Only changed my diet, and I'm using supplements to get my body back to where it should be.

I've been taking venlafaxine over 13 years, they saved my life thr first year. I got covid last December, they no longer work. Dr's increased too 225mg and I was more depressed and extremely suicidal. I believe toxins and viruses have created all my mental health problems. My adrenals, gut and vagus nerve are so imflamed from years of toxins stress and viruses. I'm now gradually coming off venlafaxine, my depression is hell. Not able to get out of bed and function. Dr's try there best too help, but they have no idea about how the toxins and viruses are the root cause! I'm literally holding it together for the sake of my son. But this depression is hell! Not too mention permanent ringing in my ears, and a list of other issues. Antidepressants do help sometimes, but definitely not get too the root cause. Healing the body from all the toxins, viruses, infections, stress toxins too! That's the key. Pity all Dr's didn't have that mindset

Take at night and in time you should see an improvement in sleepiness

@@user-mu8zs9jj1q I did that from the start but it didn't help, I got off last year and my energy returned immediately. Now I'm on zoloft and the same thing, just makes me so sleepy.
