Thanks for showing us your booth, like all the boots.

Cool. The one booth I don't want to see is John Wilkes' booth. One of my reseller clothing acquaintances calls vintage clothing "the homeless look" and he insulted my nice Consolidated Freightways satin jacket. I left with a really killer MCM wood kitchen utensil holder and there are no comps!!! Killer Boot wall!

Watched your video this morning, great booth! Love all the boots and mirrors! Quick pro tip from one pro to another, I noticed the thrift store permanent marker code was still on the doc martens when she showed us her boots. Lighter fluid usually takes off permanent marker. Once in a while, I have to use a Paint thinner or acetone, but most of the time lighter fluid does the trick. Also great for removing sticker residue.

Yeah we usually remove prices w acetone and such. If it’s some weird marker stuff we just leave it. The gw we bought those boots from uses stickers which we like

You mentioned a sign--when I had my booth I took a 10 or 12-foot cane fishing pole and affixed it to a shelving unit in my booth so that when you entered that big section of the mall, the highest thing was my sign. It had my booth name and a big arrow pointing down to it. Then I was able to "market" things on FB marketplace and Craigslist, and tell them exactly where to find my things easily. Barb Huhn

If you don't have the guide, get it! It's a great reference for novices and old hats alike!

I bought all matching hangers at IKEA. It makes the booth look so much more tidy and streamlined. 🥰🇨🇦

Looks like a winner booth! How long did you go before you had enough inventory to pay the monthly rent?

Man thanks for all the antique booth content. Loving it.

No wonder why the booth does well as the variety of stock is immense. 11:28 The Stein section is my favourite. Like picking up a variety of Beer steins and selling them. Sometimes have to force myself not to keep them lol. 13:59 Teletubbies pretty cool. Cheers for the tour.

You guys have a great eye for merchandise. Your booth layout looks good too, like a store within a store.

How much to rent a booth at an antique mall?
@jamesnichols51839 ай бұрын
$150- $500 depending on the city. Some lower cost places charge 10% commission on top. I'm in a place outside of NYC and pay $450 for 12x12 spot but can regularly sell 2x-8x the rent.

That’s great! Thanks for the reply!

It''s not as easy to contact you privately as you may think. It would help if you hooked up with other creators who have more followers than you have to build your following. Go on a road trip and interview other influencers with more followers than you to build your numbers.
