Elderflower and strawberry jelly (serves 4)
Yogurt jelly
・ Gelatin sheets --- 3 sheets
・ Hot water --- 100ml
・ Cordial --- 80ml
・ Natural yogurt --- 200ml
Strawberry jelly
・ Strawberries --- 300g
・ Gelatin sheets --- 2 sheets
・ Hot water --- 50ml
・ Cordial --- 50ml
・ Sparkling water --- 120ml
1. Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water for about 5 minutes to soften them. Squeeze them with your hands and dissolve them in hot water. Add the cordial and then the yogurt, mixing well each time, and pour into glasses. Place in the refrigerator for about 2 hours to cool and solidify.
2. Wash the strawberries, remove the stems, and cut them into 2 to 4 pieces if they are large. Place them on top of the cooled and solidified yogurt jelly.
3. Soften the gelatin sheets in the same way, add the cordial and sparkling water, and mix well each time. Gently pour over the strawberries from step 2. Leave in the refrigerator for about 2 hours to cool and harden. If you have them, decorate with elf darflowers and mint leaves.

サムネのお店が素敵なカラーで惹かれました🎵中世にタイムスリップを街の人々?外国人?の方々が衣装もあわせて楽しんでいるって素敵。京都でお着物着られる観光客の方達楽しそうでどっぷり歴史に浸れそう‼️ディケンズが愛した街なのですね。行ってみたいです。マザーオブパールのデザートナイフとフォークぽいセットが出てきて欲しい✨って思いました。雰囲気がデザートと良く合いそうで❤エルダーフラワーのデザートも炭酸を入れたり凄く初夏に合うデザートでお皿も抜群に合っていて素敵でした～🎵

みずえさん。今日も素敵な 街並みと古城の風景、 アンティークショップの 紹介有難うございます☺ 国🇬🇧丸ごとアンティーク ですね。グラスや硝子の器 大好き💕そう😊指ぬき 今も銀座で売っています はるか昔ヘレンド指ぬき形 のペンダントを購入👍 今も大切にしてます。 🍓これからが旬とか。　日本は🍓次期が過き🍈🍉 瓜系が旬。花は紫陽花が 満開綺麗です👍 古い洋館、建築物が好き💕で宮様の邸宅が 美術館として公開され お庭も楽しめる都内？と　 思う程の静寂なスポット でお気に入り空間✨です 私事が長くなり 失礼致しました。次回の 動画楽しみにして います💕😊

another great video. ty! i bought some junk glass mini plates to use as a jewelry/watch catchall. it sits on my night stand and when i come in for the day from work, i take off my jewelry and they land in the pretty glass plate. i also buy pretty but cheap glass plates to use under my plants as saucers. i have also bought pretty etched glass bowls and fill them with cheap Christmas ball ornaments during the holidays. Recycle recycle recycle. lol
