Beautiful. In that renovation new things and services are so well blended to the old building that you can call it an ANTIQUE without doubt or mistake. Bathrooms are full equipped and with those great big old sinks that look so good there. That old green gazebo is a song for the view, great thing that was lest in its place. The architect and designer should teach how to appreach a remodelation of old houses keeping its character and enhancing its charme.

My husband is from Puglia .. this home is absolutely is an amazing piece of architecture. I dont need this big of a place. But that garden.... Yah, i have been looking at peices of property. This is the first one I've seen that i am in love with. The first thing that popped in my head is; this would be an amazing wedding venue. The only things i would want to change is brightening up the outside. Or maybe thats the charm.. it is so unassuming from the outside!..

Stunning property. From the floor tiles to the ceilings, the doors to the windows, everything has been perfectly done or decorated. I particularly love the light fixtures and the empty picture frames on the walls. This house will be perfect if turned into a boutique hotel. If people contact for the price, the agency end up emailing to a bunch of people WHO CAN'T afford the property (lots of extra work) Instead, if they would put the price, everyone can see if it is in their range and ONLY call you if CAN afford it. Why would people call or contact if the price is too high? It seems to me this creates much more extra work for everyone running those extra turns. I am seriously looking in the region but i am also tired and busy to keep emailing agencies "please tell me the price". If you dont wanna share, fine i go to an agency who is transparent. I have a feeling when agencies arent sharing the price, they wanna seem "high end" or "luxurious", but in my opinion it is just dumb. REAL business people who actually have the money, dont wanna feel luxurious in Puglia, they just want the right property. Luxurious feeling is for middle class people who buy louis vuitton bags they cant afford but wanna show off...

Wish we knew ball park what something like that in Puglia was selling for. If anything just to get an eye on the market. Well obviously it is been run as a hotel and a business , and it would be best to keep it that way ill guesstimate the price at a couple of million but then you have all the fees and buiness taxes on top of that .but a beautiful property .may i also say i love your channel and the drone footage is really helpful ❤ just had a quick look on Google maps and it is a Bed and Breakfast and the pool looks wonderful so does the surrounding area nice investment. Obviously how many staff are employed here ?

No mention of parking. I saw some to the side when we were shown that separate bedroom, but I suspect that belongs to the property adjoining. If run as a venue then some parking at least would be good. On street parking is there, but in high season it would probably be taken. Wish there was a full listing link as it is a great investment opportunity and retirement project. Income and looks after itself. With some local help that is.

What you failed to include is the history of this palace. It was large when first built ages ago. By who? Someone had extreme wealth back in the day. It has been restored wonderfully. So large it has to be shared with others. I almost wonder if that last building was once a personal chapel for the family.
