OMG that is a genius idea to have the frosting in gladwrap instead of scooping it into the piping bag. So much less mess and FAR easier to change colors, tips etc. I don’t know if I am the only person in the world to not know this technique but I was in an 8 year relationship with a chef (16years experience in fine dining) and I never saw him do this once. I am going to a lot more decorative baking now. THANK YOU 🙏🏻 ❤
