Antiques market visit.
A few weeks ago when visiting Campobasso, we came across a nice antiques shop while looking for a door knocker for our front door.
We didn't find the door knocker then, but Antonio, the owner, invited us to an antiques market he was organising for the middle of October in a nearby town, Vinchiaturo.
Vinchiaturo was only about 10 minutes from Campobasso, and it was an hour's drive for us. The markets themselves where outside Vinchiaturo, but on the way to the event, we visited for the first time this beautiful town and were surprised to see how clean and organised it is.
As always we met friendly people along the way.
This is the 3rd year of the markets and they have great potential. It seemed, however, as if in town people didn't know about it, which was a bit sad, as the more the merrier when it comes down to events like these.
We didn't find our door knocker on this day either but bought a few other pretty special things.

@20:20 - that looks like a Fiat 500 ‘Topolino’. My great uncle had one of those parked in his garage in Umbria and for many years I dreamt of restoring it. I never did though.

Hi Violet. We also looked at property in Palmoli about 10 years ago 🤗, but we weren't quite ready. Vinchiaturo was really pretty. I don't know if the antique store there is open every day, but I believe the one they have in Campobasso is. It's run by two siblings, both very nice ☀️

I would take that little pot and put it in one of the bigger pots upside down, drill a hole in the top and then you can sit your incense in it, if it’s on a stick, in the hole.

Do vintage vehicles have any environmental exemptions? Here in California vehicles prior to 1974 don’t require biannual emissions inspections. Also we are considering bringing our 1969 VW Kombi Van we’ve had it for 30 years and hate to part with it.
