There’s nothing more depressing than feeling lost AND being in debt. My advice to any SINGLE person is do your utmost to diminish or erase your credit card debt. This is common sense. You may still feel a bit lost about your purpose but you’ll be FREE of CC debt traps. You’ll breathe easier. 🌱

Introverted, home body coffee obsessed woman here. My home is my peace. The coffee my comfort and constant companion 😂. Two cups of coffee a day is nothing, I have 2 to 4 a day. I also allow no one to make me feel bad about it Lol. Though for me being a introverted home body is a little harder. It has its emotional struggles. Being so different from the people I know and see can be a mind fuck. Though god created me this way. When I remind myself of this, it’s easier to stop self loathing comparing. What brings me happiness and peace is what I’ll continue to do.

I've just turned 37 and found myself looking around like what on earth am I even doing. I can totally relate. I think it's society that is telling us to feel this way. I'm going to just try and take days as they come and stop obsessing over the unknown future. That's the only advice I can give 😂because I'm frankly unqualified to offer any more on the subject haha. Just keep experiencing the world, do the things you love to do (and sometimes things we don't like to do) and I'm confident it'll all work out. At least when you're an old lady you can look back and have memories of Bangkok, whether negative or positive, it'll make sense to your future self that you needed to do the move to become your future self.. we all in the same boat sweetie..

Nobody talks about that phase of slipping into depression in Thailand. Our family (Parents/Siblings/Friends), our culture, and our food is the source energy that stimulates us. Moving to places like Thailand is a disconnection from that and eventually the euphoria of a new place wears off and there you are surrounded by people, places, and things to do but feeling alone. I consider myself a master of solitude but I still cycle through these emotions like anyone else. You definitely have to find a source of energy and a group to fellowship with or it doesn't matter where you are the self realizations and introspective thoughts can get to you.

Friend!! If we can call you that in our KZbin community. But listen, friend, as an early 40 something homebody, single mom, I don't know what I'm doing either! 😂😂😂 Honestly, I've come to the conclusion that by and large, none of us really know what we're doing. I think we all have the things we like doing, the goals we're trying to accomplish, etc. But overall, I think we're just out here doing things and hoping for the best. 😂😂 That said, I do think it's important that no matter what our spiritual leanings are, that we find a to stay grounded. That's what I gleaned from your description of finding your church family/community is that you're feeling grounded being in that space amongst that community. That is invaluable. No matter what you decide to do, never forget that your peace and sense of stability is the most important. 💜

Hi. I understand your question. Sometimes it seems like I have more questions than answers. Other times all is right in the world. I know that rain would depress the heck out of me. I am not at my best with saturating weather. I am better than I use to be when it’s like that…still got work to do in that area. It’s a good thing that you are questioning and facing things head on. May God continue to give you clarity. Let me ask a question: in the beginning of this vlog what was the name of that song track? Who is the artist? It was lovely. Just because I like it when your packages arrive….I was waiting for you to open them 😂😂😂. Have a grace day!

I used to lead by this burning question, until it created anxiety. Someone once told me, who gave you that time clock and why? I pondered the question and he said, God words say, Be Still and know I'm God.". I stepped off the race. Just live life on your terms. It won't fit the society norms, the social media and the active mouths around you. However, that is their business not yours. You're trapped on that time line and it will drag you, let go, just live as God's intuition guides you. What's for you will find you, follow you and show at the right time.

I've felt this way too! People look at my life and say oh you've done so much, I have but I seem to always feel like I need to do more. Now I'm OK with just being, it's OK to not have plans and just enjoy and be still. I think it's an American thing that we feel that we always have to be doing something. What I learned living abroad is, no you don't. It's OK to not have any plans and enjoy being home. That rain looked so relaxing. Enjoy this time of reflection, when we are still and not so busy, God can talk and capture our attention more.

Love your aura, but may I humbly make a suggestion. You need some FUN in your life and some Good Vibrant Energy around you. Have you made any new besties yet over there? Or do you have a crazy fun cousin that'll fly out over there for a girls' night out. One thing covid showed me is that we are NOT meant to be alone. We need human connection, and going out and exploring the city with a friend etc would be fun. At 36, you've literally just entered the prime of your life with the world at your fingertips. Starting with the city of Bangkok 😊
