you can farm combo at the or swallow room by continually exiting and entering the room using the ladder and breaking the two poles that respawn

I predict the spirits that you collect in each level could be the main collectable that you collect to progress through the game Similarly to how in crash bandicoot games you collect a purple crystal in each level to progress to the next boss (considering that this game is a mix of wario land and crash bandicoot)

The plot of ANTONBLAST is Anton reclaiming his prized spirit collection from Satan's thievery. I'm sure it will be similar to crash in that regard.
