Not coping in a situation is a mini breakdown. Nobody is going to function in a winning way during a breakdown, so walking away is reasonable. But traumatized, damaged people cant cope with very much, and walking away from everything is failing at life; so traumatized people (the entire black community) must have a trauma management routine that they practice everyday. This will keep them in a state that they can function in constantly. Staying in that state will help them to tolerate situations that they normally can’t cope with. Trauma affects everyone differently, so just because you are not affected by needing to get away (a mini breakdown), doesn’t mean you are stronger or more manly, because you will pay for it in some other way (heart attack, total mental breakdown, other health issues), it means trauma affects you differently.

@@wolverineballer3376 Another Question big dawg, what’s the Rush???why do I have that time frame to accomplish those things? That sound like your race. Life is a marathon. U had ya phd at 27, that’s cuz u Started at 18, I started at 25 Where I’m from We want even told to go to college, jus get a job a be content wit that or get a pack and hustle.Naw I want greater tho. I remember Anton did a vid on Kensington, I grew up there. Imagine coming outside and seeing that shit everyday. All the people u look up to all sell drugs or on dope, or dead or in jail. I didn’t quit because I was in my feelings, I want better for myself, and I won’t stop until I get there.

Dumbass comment you are very stupid .What’s wrong with a degree? We as a people are so sad it’s sickening

His feeling does matter stop telling people that as its very toxic. Follow your dreams. He can't possibly tell you how and what's best for your life in 13 minutes. Don't call someone for validation. If you speak to 10 people you will get 11 different answers and you will be more confused than you are. Get you a therapist. Someone with a degree. I'm not hating on Anton but life isn't about having a Rolex. Find your happiness. And yes if I wanted a Rolex I could have a few. I'm in my late forties. Follow your passion young man but you do need to make your time valuable.

@@waflestix346 you didn't read the entire comment, nor listen to the video. Dude said i started photo job a month ago & anton tried to compared a year salary to that single month, that's like a sophomore asking a month in freshman why they aren't where they are
