@@mariaprice5746 no sunlight, working out alot, its debatable but the stress can be either good or bad for you like bad will make you live shorter in the end but good probably keeps you on your toes physically working out and mentally thinking about all the random shit that you think about in jail like fight drama guard drama outside life and drama when you getting out hoping some shit gets you early all that shit probably keeps your brain active in ways we dont fully understand which can keep you feeling and looking younger... whats confusing to me about the food is it should be the exact concept as jail food and outside fast food, they both need preservitives to make them stay fresh like that and mass produced and delivered all over the place like im sure there are companies that supply all the jail food for certain places just like mcds has big factories that mass produce their shit... what do you think makes the jail food different and keeps ppl younger looking cuz i thought for a second well it must have alot of sodium and preservitives but all fast food and food we get at grocery stores unless its meat and veggies that are fresh alot of frozen foods and other shit is full of sodiium and preservitives like ppl claim to get healthy outside lower your sodium and eat certain foods but jail/prison mfs be eating nothing but processed food and high sodium shit like mackeral packets and noodle soups... youd think there would be some diet revolution in hollywood or the fitness world that is the new "jail diet" look 10 years younger but it cant just be the food imo... how tf is it different for them but worse for ppl on the outside?

mannnn it do be like that even when a father figure comes around like stepdad/boyfriends/uncles/grandpas we get in line then usually but even then its like we know they not our dad so we stiil got this adventurous testing the limits typee mindset and constantly getting into dumb situations where a dad woulda got on us after the 1st and we knew better LOL... i remember be and lil bro were bored one day and he 7 years younger so i was like a grown man to him at 15 16 17 he like 8 9 10 and i was like wanna see something cool so we go out to the garage and i been knowing gas lights on fire cuz i was in boy scouts and just typical boy shit lighting fires in backyard we would pour a little and shit idk what i was thinking but i poured a lil on the garage floor and lit it tiny amount so there was a small flame and then it went out by bro was like ohhhhhhh COOL do more HAHAHAHAHAA so we do a lil more and you can see where this gets bad..... it was like 4th try that i accidently tipped the can too much and had a big puddle now it wasnt that bad but the flame was much bigger then i expected and left a little black mark on the ceiling luckily we had a garage sink thing and i rushed over grabbed a wetish rag and starrted smacking the fire out... my bro held it down tho even tho he was the favorite outta us so my mom tried to get the truth from him on why that mark was there and what the weird smell was when she came home but he took those 20 years for murder never told🤣🤣🤣🤣 shit another i just remembered maybe 10/11yo was me and my neighbor homies were hanging out and for some reason we had this plastic clipboard thing he found and idk what happened i guess playing with it and it broke into pieces but only like 5 or 6 big pieces and they to us kids looked kinda like ninja star things so now we running around throwing them at each other and i just had to turn right as he let go of one directed at me and that thing hit me dead on my eyebrow and sliced a 2/3 inch cut on it... any lower and id be like CW man🤣🤣🤣🤣
