So for the avg man to be what the avg man used to be is literally impossible. Meaning the majority of men today can't take on or maintain that level financial responsibility even if they they wanted to. On the flip side there's absolutely nothing on a mass scale today that prevents women preserving themselves for marriage besides themselves. It's infinitely easier for a woman to do this than it is for a man to become and stay a top 10% earner. Women know this they just use silly arguments like this to deflect from their insecurities. Why would a woman preserve herself for society's bottom? There's no benefit in that. Those married men are RARELY IF EVER FAITHFUL. So you're doing all of that for what? A meaningless title? Who would sign up for that? Marriage can only be valued by women or men depending on what the benefits are. Black males that are married putting "marriage" as the goal to black woman as some " dangling carrot" and not WHO YOU'RE GOING TO BE MARRIED TO as the focal point are PLAYING A SICK AND DANGEROUS GAME. Most women in youth fantasize about marriage for purely a storybook sort of value. Most men in youth fantasize about "having access to constant sex" in a marriage until they hear the complaints from husbands that are not getting sex from their wives. There's very few conversations on what's going on in the marriage that would change the access to sex but the focus is solely on that he's just not getting it. So for many boys marriage is out of the question as "sleeping around is more the focus" . You're not going to have " virgins" and " men seeking casual sex " and think that those two groups aren't going to clash. " Grape" and S/A in youth on upwards is another issue. Black girls and women are disproportionally affected by SA/Grape by boys and MEN alike and you want them to be virgins but black girls and women make up over 35-45% of sex trafficked victims? Like where is the LOGIC in this argument? This is where these conversations attacking black women's " marriage worthiness" is ridiculous. You can't demand virginity but turn a blind eye to sexual abuse/assault and trafficking of little black girls. It's dumb. She's not going to be able to be "a virgin" with the amount of predators in the damn community. If black fathers IN LARGE PART abandon their offspring NO MATTER THE COLOR then the girls and even boys are FAIR GAME to predators which is precisely why black girls are THE MOST TARGETED.

"Worthy" is subjective to a person's personal standards. The issue is that most people in modern America have lower standards than in times past. Therefore it is EXTREMELY difficult to find a modern woman who has never been touched sexually by a man because it has been normalized. To conclude that a woman is not worthy of being married SOLELY on the fact that she has been with one man is ridiculous AND isn't reflective of Christian values because it has no regard for the value of GRACE or the intent of the woman's sexual activity. Not all women who have had sex with a man who isn't her husband "loose" or promiscuous.
