This is exactly why Anton is so great... Not because of his talent, not because of his capabilities. But because he is driven, because he is patient, because he is motivated to improve. 13:16 is perfection..... where he speaks about Seans motivation and reward attempt. That you can't make Anton try harder, because he is already trying his best. 100% he always gives it his all.

I've been vegging on movies, KZbin, everything, from tie-dying, ancient history, food prep, watercolor tutorials, even Magnus in Hollywood --- BUT this is the best by far. Anton is the teacher, the guru, the human who defies gravity, expectations, impossibility, and all the rest. This is not boring. The editing by itself deserves an award. The real-life slice of an athlete's persistence is all those superlatives and so much more. I saved this to my library and will be viewing it for years to come. This had better go viral!

Anton, you're a massive inspiration. I'll never be a gymnast or acrobat. I'll never compete in a physical event like you. I'm 42, and have a permanent and severe lower back injury. But seeing the grit that it takes to push yourself beyond what your current limits are, especially for someone that has decades of experience like you... is truly amazing. It helps to create further resolve in my own journey as a person and athlete. Thank you.

Really nice to see all the journey and the gregorius effort you put into to actually do it. Especially like you said it, when it's something that is hard to see the improvements and so very hard to stick to for longer periods of time. Also very intriguing as how on all the attempts the force looked enormous and impossible to withstand, but then when you actually did it, the force looked merely challenging. If you see only the sucessfull attempt it looks very hard but possible. Very intriguing on how the perspective shifts. Makes you think how many things we take for granted and judge as "doable" but don't know the colossal amount of effort it took to transition it from "impossible" to be seen as "doable". Extreme show of grit and also of good friends, as for continuing to support you after 9 months is also a testament for their support. Thanks for the Video Anton ^^ and II think you and your shoulders earned a well deserved rest/break.

Success is not the absence of failures, it is the resolution to never surrender. I’m so proud of you, life can often feel just like your many attempts to complete this move; you work hard, you’re in pain, and still you can’t get the result you need. But if you’re willing to keep the faith in the power of the human spirit, if you’re willing to never surrender, you will succeed in the end. So happy for you and all your supporters! ❤ from Canada

Bravo! This gives a new meaning to Anton's recommendation to, "Do a backflip." Near 17:25 in the video, the (attempt) number "641" is posted. That, for my arithmetic, works out to ~1282 backflips. Fully awesome! I'm also truly grateful and impressed how everyone involved in the gym with the project got the "exit swing" of the target rings set to the "sweet spot" arc. To my eyes, it so closely emulated the human catch (circus). Wow!

Quitting is very dangerous. It can turn into the Habit of quitting. And once the habit is Active, we will not be able to learn anything that involves a higher degree of complexity, and this is very scary because the world is becoming more and more complex very fast, without us being aware of the process. Probably the formula for a successful Life can be simply put as "Always keep learning." AMAZING journey and amazing ATTITUDE! Kudos, Anton!

I don't usually comment, but damn, that was impressive. And not just the move itself (which is obviouly difficult), but the perseverance. I've never seen anything like it. What you said about how one cannot always see one's progress really struck a cord with me: I have ADD and am still trying to learn how best to structure my life and work to find a balance that's sustainable for me, and it's so easy to get frustrated with the simple things that other people seem to do just effortlessly but that I struggle with - sometimes I feel that I do nothing but fail, over and over again. But all that effort, eventually it does pay off, even if no one can see it but just notices the failures, I gotta keep trying until I find what works for me.

"You are always moving but sometimes you cannot see the move" - great thought. But sometimes you can do something so you can see the move. Partial progress visible helps you know if you are improving. Just need to progressively adjust your target from easy to hardest.
