Antur Stiniog Downhill Bike Park | Black trails and Red Jump Line! MTB Wales

Riding the best downhill tracks and jumps at Antur Stiniog Bike Park. This vlog shares our runs of black powder, re powder and the red jump line called Detonator. All amazing trails with a hardpack manmade rock surface and plenty drops offs. In the vlog you can expect POV Go Pro runs of each track.

Antur Stiniog is in North Wales and only an hour from Dyfi Bike Park. They have trails ranging from blue through to black grade and there are no gap jumps - only doubles or tables. We enjoyed this place a lot and it's very different to the other bike parks. There was also a recent round of the British Downhill Series here and I think on this Black Powder trail. Hope you enjoy the vlog!

Great to see you make it down there. The place and the people (all Welsh speakers) are fantastic - a really friendly chilled day out. As a Scot living in the North West of England, we are really lucky to be within two hours of Antur, Revolution and Dyfi. Incredible places for a DH bike and all quite different to each other. We're regulars at all of them and we never get bored as they're always changing lines. Glad you had such a fantastic day.

Great vid although it's put me off going back 🤣 I've realised I just hate rocks 🙈 I had a hard crash on one of the blues the first time I visited and my day was over after just 3 runs. Those trails are not to be underestimated!

cheers! Nooo haha. I had the same experience my first time there 5 years ago. Crashed on the first run on that black rock garden and balled my eyes out 😂 (Laura!) then punctured and went home. Trust me it's much better second time around! So true though, they aren't easy!

I can see how riding a park would be OK for a day or two a season, specially to get lots of rides in a day and improve your skills by repetition, but I would get bored quick riding on machine built roads like that.

Fair, everyone has different stuff they like. Variety is the best part of mtb. We ride mostly natural pedal accessed trails so love the bike parks now and then for jump practice and lots of runs as you say. It’s a cool place for that 👌👍
