Loki and Thor are not brothers, Loki is his uncle. Though I get the meme from Marvel universe, it turned Hella into Thor's sister, so that is least of concerns.

Farbauti was his dad and Odin was his "Blood brother" as in they literally shared blood with eachother in a ritual and Loki tricked Odin into giving up his eye to a prophetess for foresight which is how he became known as the Trickster to the Aesir gods.

@@Captain40KI don’t think it was, seeing as Andvari tried to convince Sigrid to kill him. Seeing him in the flesh caused him to ignore reason and common sense as he was blinded by revenge.

In the myths it was because Loki stole Anvari’s ring which turns things to gold. It would have nice for the show to touch upon that in place of one of the many ding ding shots we are subjected to during the last episodes.

I don't think andvari has spare lives? The thing with the cursed weapons add to his lifespan, so he won't die from age, but this won't stop him from dying by any other means
