No, no Isvara is Shiva. In Svadyaya the Saiva Hindu Guru Patanjali says to dedicate to one's Ishta Devata. Many in the phony yoga movement they falsely claim that one can be devoted to any non Hindu deity and worst God. You are capitulating to the non Hindus and thus insulting Patanjali.
