He made INR 4.5 crores in a year and is happily heading to the bank. I believe he has created major problems for Anwar. All the previous help he provided has been undone, and now he, along with Neetu Sarkar, has put Anwar and EEB in a tough spot, similar to football transfers in Kolkata during the 1980s. I foresaw this outcome, and even if the compensation and transfer ban are cut by half, it’s a significant lesson for any dishonest club officials trying to exploit footballers through such schemes. Indian football has become more organized and structured, unlike the chaotic nature of the 70s and 80s. It’s just common sense, but with the ongoing legal battle, I think it might delay everything and prolong the situation, which Neetu still believes he can overcome by stalling. He thinks he can act like Jevan/Paltu in the Kolkata transfer market in the 70s and 80s. Any delay in payments to MBSG will result in heavy interest, exceeding the market value. God help these ignorant club officials, as this indirectly serves as a lesson for them too.
