Anyone here have muscle tension in back of the head, neck, shoulder. Makes me trigger my anxiety coz im thnkng im havng high bp.. bt wen i go exercse it goes away den aftrwards here goes again

Pretty much normalized. Took over a month to feel 95% myself. I think it was actually Covid.

@@damonknutson2855 wow I got sick at the end of February I believe I had it as well but I didn't go to the hospital I took care of myself at home but now my anxiety is crazy I'm feeling alot better thank GOD I still have muscle tension and at times chest tightness because of it im happy your doing well stay strong 👍🏾

If u have anxiety, your key answer will be "eft tapping" its studied to be efficient on ptsd trauma anxiety, and social anxiety. Its used professionally and stems from chinese acupuncture and modern psychology mixed. But no needles, just tapping. Easy to do home. Thank me later

I hate to be negative because it's great to see someone putting a video up explaining the link between anxiety and muscle tension, i.e Psychosomatic pain. However apart from doing sports you don't offer any good suggestion to relieve it and in fact I feel your tips only make it worse for people, by stretching, by focusing on posture and by trying to cure the pain like it is a physical injury only makes people focus on it more. Unless you realise that it's just a product of your subconscious and the inner tension you cause on a day to day basis then you'll never actually get over it. Practical solutions include affirmations that this is a psychological issue, not a physical one; journalling about the things that cause you fear, anger, sadness as well as your perfectionist or controlling traits; and finally meditation and yoga.

🙏🏾🤗💪🏾 your right I need to know that this won't kill me it's only feelings I can't control at the moment I have chest tightness and muscle tension in my back I'm sure it's causing my chest to feel this way at times I feel so scared and a little dizzy my heart starts racing I have to talk myself out of it and because of the coronavirus I've been thinking about it all the time I live in new York I believe I was sick with the virus like at the end of February but I'm ok now just the worry and chest tightness I live with my elderly parents and I worry about them alot and that's why I have panic attacks they are fine I ask them every day if they feel sick and they look at me like I'm crazy lol sometimes it feel like my throat is going to shut smh life is scary right now I hate watching the news it's stressful oh one Tums help for the moment lol

@@itzbubbabru5025 yes 😰 that's where it's the strongest. I've been to many doctors this year trying to test for cortisol and other hormones and the tests have not been helpful they keep blaming lifestyle which I've also tried to change with diet and exercise but I also worry it could be something medical too so it's been frustrating. I'm sorry if you also do it's not a fun feeling!

Great video, actually related to everything. Just the things I can do to keep to muscle tension under control are just impossible. I've been under chronic stress for 3 years because I hated the school I was going to. Then I have transfered and it is easy now, I barely study and am doing great. I still never feel good and cant seem to relax even if literally nothing bad is happening. If I look my life from a 3rd person view, I see a great life but I dont feel that way. So: 1. I cant be aware of my posture because my back starts hurting if I'm forcing it. 2. I always wake up tired unless I sleep 11 hours but that would be impossible for me to go to bed at 8 p.m. 3. I've been active my whole life and I take training bery seriously and I love doing it. However every 6 months i come to a point where i phisically cant train anymore because all my nerves get pinched because of the tension in my muscles. 4. I am drinking a lot of water, even when i wake up I drink 0,5l right away. 5. I cant stretch because my nerves hurt a lot while doing it. 7. I am getting regular massages but the muscles tense up after 2 days. If anybody could help me in any way please, I dont know what to do anymore.

@@Mimi89_7 I've kind of figured it out now. It would be really good if you could circulate as much blood as possible to the tight areas of the body. Maybe buy an elastic band and do some chest exercises (make sure to do some exercises for your back after). It has helped me a lot now since I've been forcing myself to move a lot. Also it would be good if you could massage the painful area. Going to a physical therapist would be a good idea. I hope this helps, good luck!

Being stressed uses more calories hence ehy more tired and why youre trying to sleep more. Get as much as you can and also plenty of food for the extra calories burnt. Simple gentle stretches, maybe with ibruprofen gel and using a heat pad to relax and warm the area first. Just a little everyday and as it gets less tense it gets less painful. Maybe try some stretches the day after a massage. Painkillers definately help take the edge of it and are important, and you need to give the paun nerves a break or it will trigger a immune response. Heat packs and ice packs will help with muscles too, but a cold flannel cn sometimes help to not shock the rest of my skin so bad i tense up because of the temperature difference. Also speak to a dr, they might have better painkillers or a physiotherapist who can help with stretches.

@@emmalottie3346 thanks for help, I might try the warm pads. I went to a kinesiologist and he recommender me autogenic training and it actually saved my life. Relaxing your muscles conciously, when I learnt how to do it properly, I can actually feel the differance the next day how I breathe more relaced and dont tense as much.

I can’t even stand up straight for more than 2 mins. Totally know the feeling. I’ve been going to chryro for years and every time they say “there is nothing wrong we can’t find anything” well after a long time I realized it was my anxiety and always scared of shit... just always tansion because of that.

GET ENOUGH SLEEP?! I CANT EVEN FUCKING SLEEP WITH THIS SHIT. I have no problem falling asleep I just wake up every 50 minutes. So damn frustrating. All my stress started because some idiot made me miss two nights of sleep when I had to go to work. Since then it’s been the most miserable 5 months of my life. Lost my job, friends, all the muscles I had before due to bad sleep. The worst part is all my stress comes from not sleeping but the stress makes it impossible to sleep. I’m just glad I finally found something that relates muscle tension to head pressure it’s like not one source on the intervener has any idea what the is. I appreciate the creator of this channel and whoever makes these videos really comforting to see I’m not alone and there’s a chance I can get my life back.

Does anyone get head pressure that then leads them to having a feeling of your ears being clogged/full? Also I am experiencing for the last one month uncomfortable tension/ tight feeling at the back of my neck where the head and neck connect. I am able to move my head side to side but it just simply feels tight. It's driving me absolutely insane!

For sure, happened to me a lot, there is nothing wrong with you, so please check in which ways you're drunk on stress and change that, and also follow the video advice since excercising and stretching will eventually unlock your body, it's true! Stress leads to bad posture, then bad posture leads to more stress, what starts in your neck eventually goes to your head and ears, then it can transform and go to your shoulders, back, eventually your chest, then all again and again, it's a vicious cycle.

@ruhy98 The tight feeling around my neck area has disappeared, but I still get that feeling of my ears, being clogged. It happens on and off. Sometimes, I can't even lay on the ear that's feeling full because it hurts so much.

Does anybody struggle with abdominal and stomach tension and tightness, and it affects my breathing or whenever I put pressure on it, and it drives my stress levels HIGH. I’m pretty sure I have anterior pelvic tilt as well so I’m working to correct that with exercises and yoga. Of anybody has suffered/is suffering from this scenario, PLEASE give me any advice or tips you to relieve or even cure this discomfort. Thank you ❤

Yes you will be ok drink alot of water I'll tell you what worked with me take tylenol extra strength cut out drinking sodas if you do drink tea with ginger and garlic we will get through this I always have lower back pain it's annoying and I have anxiety that causes chest tightness from muscle tension and and stop drinking coffee good luck lol

So my muscles tension is the part I hate the most of anxiety. My heart races and I feel tension in my upper abs, will exercise once and for all scientifically lessen these physical symptoms.

Painful shaky feeling throughout my body, mask like feeling in my face and nose, shortness of breath, these symptoms last for months with me then they go away not sure how I shake them off trying to right now at the moment unfortunately. What sucks is I’ve also had moments of extreme confidence in my life wiith zero symptoms. Why can’t I just stay in that state sigh.

Been feeling really anxious about something personal. I’ve had so much tension on my neck and shoulders that I wake up shaking at night and scared. I’ve had thoughts that I was gonna die, get tingling on my hands legs or feet, sometimes my legs feel like jelly, I have no appetite and it feels like my body wants to reject food, have diarrhea, when I relax I finally feel normal but there’s always that little discomfort that what if there’s something wrong in me and I have a serious disease. My blood and urine are fine according to the doctors so idk.

Mines go like this. First I feel left chess pain/discomfort. Then I get chills all of a sudden. If it’s bad I eventually pass out for a sec or so.

I had a panic attack which came from over working the shoulder, neck and back muscles from doing some house renovation tasks such as painting the ceiling and other physical tasks. I came to realise that I am no longer as strong and as young as I use to be and was over working my body. The panic attack felt like a heart attack... it started when my neck muscle tensioned up and caused a sharp pain and immediately... I thought it was a stroke coming. Then... my heart raced and I started breathing harder... however, no chest pain or numbing sensations were felt. Went to the doctor, ECG was done and everything looked normal... got prescribed with useless medications such as muscle relaxant and anti- inflammatory medications. The medications don't really address the issues I have... it is just masking the problem. Anyways, I developed a form of anxiety thereafter and found that anxiety for me was a mental issue and was very challenging at times to deal with. The "over thinking" kept dragging me down for a while... The best way I came to deal with it is to realise that my "over thinking" are just my thoughts - NOT reality. Basically, I learned to not focus on the issues and did some exercise to distract my mind. I do at least an hour walking at least twice a week and cycle for about 90 mins for cardio workout. I am feeling better now. Massages are great... but the mind is the best healer (blocking) when it comes to anxiety.

I deal with muscle tension only on my right side of neck and pressure feeling in one spot on the right side of my head. It's so annoying. It keeps me worried and focused on the feeling which makes sense to maybe why i keep getting stress hormones to make it worse ? I go to sleep a little fine but when i wake back up it comes again and im tired of it. My panic attacks keep reoccurring because of it.

most people with a microwave arent chronically ill because some people are more sensitive for microwaves, also the distance person/microwave is very important. The oven in another place is more safe. The radiation become less when the oven gets older.Some ovens give less radiation then others. In Russia the allowed radiation is less.

i did too. It was not often but i had days i would suddenly feel ice cold and couldnt stop shivering. I would just curl up in my blanket and couldnt do anything. Those days were the peak of my anxiety

Arrianne Lacsina normally my legs specially right leg is cold but even if I cover it, it hurts 90% of the time for no reason. Actually whole muscle of my lower leg hurts. When I’m in my anchor days, I can’t understand if it’s tense or not. I wrote that comment in that phase. Note I’m not that anxious so I know that my leg is not tense but it’s still cold and it hurts which I’m not sure if it’s because of anxiety cause my dad’s right leg is always cold too! Maybe it’s weird genetics!

When I sit down, most of the day (in front of the pc because I work) I feel like my back and my whole body is shaking, when it’s actually doesn’t do that. It’s really weird, I have that feeling for 2 weeks now and it doesn’t seem to go away. It’s really annoying and has fucked up my psychology. Do anyone else have anything similar?

Improvement Path I workout and still have to deal with anxiety and muscle twitching and muscle tension as grade aches and trouble breathing 🤷🏻 besides a balanced diet and all that helps but there’s times it can be months,weeks or days that it explodes and won’t let me live my life. So that is helping but not at a 100% personal experience for years

I have had periods of a lot of anxiety but recently I did a backwards stretch to stretch the Chest muscles and took a deep breath while expanding my chest. I got super dizzy and almost blacked out for 10 seconds. Since that day my chest has been like made out of Stone and I can't take a deep breath. Im so worried, also I'm worried that if I I stretch my Chest again it will only make it worse. I tried jogging but that made it even tighter as well...

The chest tightness is one of the last to go. I can almost guarantee that your diaphragm and solar plexus area are locked up too. You will notice that you round over at the waist when seated. This compresses your thoracic cavity. Yawning, burping and chest tightness will result. However, it almost magically goes away once your focus on it is gone.

It was the same for me. I had extremely tight and fatigued muscles all over. Headaches, shooting pains, crushijg chest, numbness and general pain all over were the result of it. Exercising did create a lot of discomfort and pain at the beginning. Start slowly and increase the intensity over a few days and weeks. It is just too inportant to ignore

So sorry you have to go through this. I too had extreme muscle tension especially between my shoulder blades and the lower back. I know these knots all too well. I would constantly press, massage and move around those knots. The tension felt so crushing and i believe wore me out completely. But trust me on this one. IT IS SOMETHING that can be overcome. Have a look at the videos in our anxiety recovery playlist. Those are the tools and the mindset that you need to get better and if you have any questions, need advice or some motivation just get back to me 💪

Things i suggest you should do here. 1. No more dr. google (i know its hard) 2. Accept anxiety, accept the symptoms and the fear. Realize that fear is rooted deep in your instincts. Its your fight or flight mode. 3. Study study study about anxiety. (watch the video: everything you need to know about anxiety and panic - here on this channel) 4. Work out and exercise regularly and increase intensity when you feel comfortable 5. Figure out and write down an ideal daily routine with the focus on lowering stress levels 6. Eat healthy and work on your bodies sense of comfort from the inside Muscle tension is i believe the root for keeping us in an anxious state. We feel uncomfortable, tired but and extremely wired. It keeps us from sleep and takes away not only motivation but the joy from basically everything. Thats why forming a routine around loosening up that tension is crucial and probably the most important thing you can do to recover. We have plenty of videos on recovery and what we believe is the ideal way and we truly want to help others. So in case you you need to talk we will be here 🙏🙌 Youve got this!💪

its beyond me to control the rigidity or muscle tension,,, i feel it goes one way,, but i cannot stop ot,,, i have to think its now parkinosn teritory ? its weird becuase 2 days ago i was just laying in bed and suddennly came this rush of impluse and like magicall my muslces had strenght and untied for justa few hours,,, thats why i think its my neurons :( ,,, it doesnt helo at all that i have sotmach probelms and hurt my back,,, i survived 2 years by taking daily 100mg tramadol,,, it was hard to kick off,, this week i started taking 1 pill of 50 mg becuase well, it makes me functional,,, sometimes i really dont mind to be dependent on it,, i was trying to give a more healty option a chance but oh well,, also i bought some levadopa to see if it helps, taking 1/4 of a 250 l-dopa pill,,, if its working then it means i lack dopamine transmitters, right?,,, of course solution-in-a-pill is more tempting and you imagine as a quick fix,, but we all know the dangers of quick fixes,,, anyways, im really doing the best i can to choose whats right for me,,, and whats in my reach,,,im tired

You probably got cortisol fatigue, adrenaline and cortisol are both hormones. What it is doesn't really matter.... Look up: TMS tension myositis syndrome, cpps, firbromalgia... All stress and musle related issues... We all gotta really learn how to relax again, physically and mentally. The whole body is a chain of muscles... And when tension comes in that chain. Even nerve like symptoms can turn up. Then your brain goes to constant worries....your sleep goes down... The tension go's worse... Etc. Ect. Break that vicious cycle... Sleep well, eat well, no stress, and create peace in your brain and change the way you think. Take magnesium, hoth baths, meditation, mindfulness, joga, and other sports... It's beneficial for everything. Good luck my friend, you don't have to live with this forever... I think the half of the world is gonna experience this at least once in his life.

It is true that anxiety issues are more common in early adulthood but its for sure not restricted to any age group. Anyone can deal with mental health problems no matter what age. So of you feel that something doesnt seem right perhaps its best to talk to your parents and let them know what is going on (in case you havent done so already)

Yes! There were times my whole body felt shaky. Also ive had these whole body tremors, spasms, twitches and so on. The adrenaline and the tension made it even difficult for me the hold a cup straight 😵

Could be try a hot shower drink some tea tey and relax lay in bed and listen to white noise you will be ok I have anxiety attacks as well it's scary I hate it

I had abdominal muscle tension (contraction + relaxation) all along my right side from my lower region up to the lower rib for about 2 days. This was followed by bowel movements which was then followed by muscle tension in the neck shoulders and arms with a bit of tingle. It sucks so much. The liver is located in the lower right rib region, if you’re having a rumbling issue there it may be caused by toxins. It’s best you stop or significantly reduce alcohol, consumption as well as processed foods and red meat. Drink more water and look into starting a vegetarian diet with white meats along with increased exercising

@@NarasimhaDiyasena thanks yea i had all the you said rumbling in my ribs and stomach going up my body. When i got check out my liver and kidneys where good. I think stress play a trick on the mind.

William Morath I don’t want to risk going to doc with the coronavirus mess, but this has been worrying me a lot. One google search leads to another and then the anxiety starts giving me anxiety

@@NarasimhaDiyasena yea don't go to the hospital unless it happens all the time. If it go away its anxiety. I had every symptoms you name what help me is not watching the news all the time and reading and listening to the bible and watching good stuff on KZbin. Stress and not enough sleep can can anxiety and then you feel real feelings.

My whole body is hurting, it's like this minute my neck, then my shoulder then my legs but that just come for a few mins then go but my back, neck, shoulders is killing me the mostt

@@angelosaxon7785 hot water baths work and I used a thing called ICE also right after my showers and it worked. It has this hot and cold sensation that last for a couple mins but by couple hours you'll definitely feel relieved from the pain.

I guess I'm alone. My muscles lightened in my shoulders and neck and never let go. My muscles actually feel like rebar. I wish others had tight and tense muscles that never let go. I really worry I'm going to die.
