Your advice is actually so on point. Anxiety isn't a foe its our close friend that protects us. However us anxious folks have been so scared of it because of how even in non thréatful situations anxiety mistakenly takes actions and the struggle starts. Id love to see more on anxiety and insomnia tho. My anxieties caused insomnia and i wanna heal and teach myself that there is nothing wrong with and my thoughts are just my brain's way of sending a message. 😅

@allielliott4143 I tell myself I should quit each time. The past year, I have only worked a total of two months. I don't know how I will manage this year as I exhausted all my leave days. I can hardly leave my bed. I get food and try and eat a little bit from my bed. I have lost alot of weight. Each time I am eating, I feel like I can't continue even when I was hungry before I saw the food.

Went to sleep but after laying for one hour I started having racing heart even though i was trying to sleep , now walking around in room but its still there , i hate this feeling n sensation

I feel yah, haha had a few nights myself where i've been trying to just sleep and all of a sudden o shit here comes a panic attack. My tip for you: Read his book fearless. It's free and it's been helping me so so much. Plus he sends emails almost daily that helps so much! The trick to getting fewer nights of adrenaline and panic attacks comming in when your trying to sleep is to let it come. Dont fight it dont flee it fear it or be fixated on it. Just observe, and realise it's not dangerous it's simply anxiety it's excess adrenaline it's your nervous system trying to protect you, but it will learn eventuelly there is no danger, if you have the right approach, All of this is what Shaan has taught through his book and his videos, and it works! He truly is amazing for helping me everyday getting better! And for teaching me how I can help myself everyday getting better! Sorry for such a long text, hope it helps❤

Be relaxed and normal and enjoy it bc I have such anxious whole body Made hair foot Care and massage and small trips by my car with anxiety but not as much than now I am suffering and struggling very hard lately and can not do anything about it myself. I usually did a lot of things. Before an accident when I started to take Drugs and I could not eat them either bc I got sick of them but I am not better just Worse.. and I have not be able to have a life forn5. Years and I have gone crazy totally and think it is something wrong in head being alone and no life can have. I just want to die. And how will I cope. Go up in the mornings with very bad feelings and anxiety. And I miss my life I had before full of activities and now there is nothing I can do more than take walks alone and it doesn't give me joy anymore I want to be. able to do other things as before at.least being with family and friends. But I can't bc strong anxiety and hyperventilating and gone l cant live like this.anymore

@@amardeep716 Everyone here is going through anxiety...some less and some more than yours, anxiety on first hand wont kill you. Give mindfulness meditation a try, if that doesn't work, prayer is great. Dont let anxiety take over your life, Ignore it, it doesnt have power over you and wont ever, and just continue doing what you love. ❤
