I had agoraphobia for years, there were moments were I thought I wouldn't be able to do normal life stuff. Thankfully I have come a long way and I am doing so so much better. Thanks for sharing your story, it is always so encouraging to know that we are not alone and that there is people who understand.

One of your best vlogs. Especially, "anxiety can be cured by breathing deeply & listening to wave sounds." I wish. Maybe it's a good thing. If that was the cure then there would not be any room on your beach. It would be filled with people with there hands on their chests feeling their breath & listening to the waves. :) :) :)

I have anxiety too :( it's so hard because I'm at school and I never want to join in or go on trips? I also have a residential next week and I don't want to go because I'm scared. This video was so helpful though thank you :) xx

Abbie Wade Make sure you know that it doesn't matter what anyone else thinks, you are who you are because of experiences you have. when i was at school i struggled with that but the fact you have a youtube channel and are doing really well shows that you do have a beautiful degree of confidence :) is the residential for the whole week or one day? i did work experience at school and trust me the thought of going and the nerves before hand were so much worse than actually doing it! you can do it and you'll do really well, if you really struggle be honest with whoever your with and ask for some air or something try and use the rate your anxiety thing that can really help x

Emily Vlogs and stuff It's for two nights so not too bad, but thank you so much :) That was really helpful advice :) I went on FRench exchange last year and I remember I was excited first but then when I knew what was really nervous and kept saying I didn't want to go. When I got there I didn't really have a good time because that was all I could think about so I'm just going to try and push it to the back of mind! Luckily I have lovely friends who don't understand anxiety but understand that it affects me so they can help :D Thank you so much xx

You remind me a lot of me when i was younger and the thing thats unfortunate for you is you are younger so you still have to do some things, but as you get older you can make more decisions yourself! if you tell yourself you will have a greta time and try and imagine the best outcome rather than the worse then it might help :) let me know how you get on
