This was outstanding and the example about the rain was well done. Thank you!

Hi. I have a question for Howard, although I don't know if he'll read it. From what he said, it seems that the purpose of fear, according to him, is to remind us of how much we've gotten caught up in thinking about problems that don't exist, but why does the mind do this by producing the worst-case scenarios that are so easy to get caught up in?

Thanks Tim & Howard, but... when feeling anxious, I went over getting caught in the rain with no umbrella and I just let it be, which is a great way to feel, but the other night, there was no rationalizing - no time - anxiety sometimes can grip fast and hard and I lost the battle. I was doing quite well for a few weeks, but it's these setbacks. 6:22

Does vitamin D help with anxiety symptoms?
@jake-zi4px2 ай бұрын
Most people are low in vitamin D especially if you dint get a lot of sun. Vitamin D can help mood, and for me magnesium glyconate (which most people are also deficient in) helped some for anxiety
