Thank you for your thoughts. So true! Glad to have a support to know it's real. The stigma must end-- it is the 21st century. Not the dark ages.

Thank you for sharing Krishna, but as a psychiatric RN having worked with patients with severe anxiety issues, there are things a person can do to help control it, e.g. anti-anxiety medications (particularly the benzodiazepines and CBT (Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy) as well. Best of luck to you!

Sure but it is still a struggle. Plus using management skills, aka coping skills in conjunction with meds if needed. It does not go away.

benzos = flimsy addictive bandaid CBT = bare minimum skills needed to survive with anxiety, not a solution
