Now Anxiety is lot less compared to previous days Below helped me 1) Walk in Sunlight 2) 7 Hours of sleep 3) Stopping thinking about Future plans 4) Sucess differs for each person and dont compare with others 5) Enjoy small things in life .. 6) Stop thinking & regreting about my past decisons 👍🙏
