Great talk! Yes, promote tasty healthy meat. I would still caution about expense and elitism. You don't want to be known as Whole Paycheck, if you can avoid it. Maybe have Gabe Brown give his talk about their farm motto of signing the back of the check and not the front. And then how to pass some of those savings onto the consumer.
