My sister and I met Emma Caulfield and Nickolas Brendon Last year before quarantine and we have met the whole Buffy Cast and hey are genuinely amazing ad down to earth, Sarah and David were exactly like there characters, there personalities were so amazing , so sweet, and down to earth, they dont treat people like they are better than anyone else, and the whole cast was like that, except for Eliza Dushku, her personality is like Faith, I would actually prefer Faith, and thats bad lol, but we are lucky we live near where a lot celebrities like to hang out. It was o our bucket list to meet the whole Buffy cast, the only people we have left is Charisma Carpenter, Alyson Hannigan, and Anthony Stewart Head. Love watching a showing knowing basically the whole cast is amazing and they deserve all there success!!!! Love the singing episode and this song, glad they added in seventh season, Emma has a beautiful voice!!!!!

True, I mean, she's been a demon for a thousand years and so her outlook's been stuck in an era where women only find their place in the world once they're with a man. Look how much she emphasizes on the 'name'... her carrying Xander's name since he carries it with 'pride' means that she will get to share it meaning she'll gain the status she's been wanting for so long when in this era she could live her life independently and make a name for herself. Even at this point she had not learned from the ways of the humans in this time so it makes sense why she's like this.

I loved Anya and really enjoyed this episode, but I could never understand how they could get her hair so wrong for this scene. I find it so distracting. If it's a flashback to a song she sang during the time of "Once More Than Feeling", then her hair should be much darker, shorter and not so very wig-like.

I think you mean how is he still asleep. It's part of the magic that makes them sing. In The original episode Giles sings a whole song directly to Buffy about how he needs to leave so she can grow. After he finishes the song (and you can see her moving at slower speeds as he sings) she looks at him confused and asks "did you say something?" Then Giles and Tara duet and don't seem to notice the other person singing the same song beside them. All just part of the magic.

This is from the episode where Anya wants Buffy to kill her, even though they fight it out. Then, at the end of the episode Anya has her demon powers taken from her and she's just plain old, human, Anya. Zander calls her a dummy at the end. By that point , Anya is kind of going through an identity crisis. So, when zader calls her a dummy, she asks "Am i a dummy....its a start."

I didn't appreciate Anya properly when I watched the show during the nineties, I was in my early twenties. I thought she was mean and comic. I Later I came to realize that Anya was a career woman, and a highly accomplished one, who lost her self worth when buffy took her powers as a vengeance demon. She lost herself when she was forced out of doing what she was so good at, and was stuck in a life she didn't choose. She Later thought that through love and marriage she could find her worth again, but as an adult , I know that's not how you do that. She was so tragic, so beautiful, and , like many women deserved better.
