Tunio is such a nice, sweet and personable girl! I know each kind of friendship has its own dynamic, but the way it comes across in videos, Anya, sometimes you're putting her down, not letting her speak and bossing her. And sounding self righteous. Im sure you dont mean to and maybe I don't have the place to say this also, but as viewers it is visibile to us that she has kinda started getting annoyed and when you travel and live with friends for long..it's even more likely that you irritate each other.

It's not fun doing chores here Anya 😂😂😂 but two things that make it easier is firstly the cool climate so you dont get sweaty cleaning and having electricity and water 24 hours with household appliances, and apart from that have no choice so we might as well smile and just do it 😅😅

Agave (pronounced ah-ga-vay), has a very low glycemic index of around 20, as compared to the glucose syrup which is 100, table sugar is around 70. It also contains Vit B6, hence the low GI. Having said that, one should also note that low GI doesn’t means low calorie. Low Glycemic index means, it will be absorbed slowly hence not giving a sugar spike and a steep sugar fall as apposed to the glucose or any simple carb like maida,fruit juices/sugar, maltose, honey, dates,figs etc which gets absorbed fast resulting in a glucose level spike. If understood properly, GI is one of the best way for loosing/gaining healthy weight, and one of the few ways in reversing lifestyle disorders such as diabetes, hypertension(BP), dyslipidemia etc.

I must admit one thing about tunio when she said u hype up things to a great extent. That's totally true!! The way u express ur emotions about them it feels that there is something magical about them whereas they are just ok as there are a few things which I have already tried and they are just ok , for example when u hyped up the popcorn of mns. Literally hamare Pakistan k gali wale salted popcorn zaida behter ha and there so many other things. Primark is just ok , there are far better options than Primark but the way u hype up!! Plus all the content these days is just food ..
