The costumes turned out great, and it was so nice of you to make it for your friend's first cosplay! For future bodysuits, maybe consider some button snaps at the bottom so instead of having to take the whole thing off, you can just unclip the bottom to pull it up. I've never made one, but when I buy bodysuits, I always get the ones that have the snaps!

Just a quick tip I learned a while back... instead of putting the pins in horizontal to the seam, put them in perpendicular to the seam (l rather then --) ... that way you can sew over the pins rather then having to slow down to pull the pins out as you go! I find it much easier to pull the pins out after the seam is sewn and the piece is removed from the machine! I hope this makes sense and will be useful for you!!! 🤠💚
